Delicious ice cream, but the take home container is disappointing. They never fill it as they should, and there is always a hole in the middle. This is my second time getting a take home container with a gaping hole in the middle. There is only one layer on the bottom before they start swirling on the sides, yet the top is fully covered so it looks like the container is full

Froyo was delicious, the store itself is a little dirty. The walls definitely need to be wiped down and repainted.

If I could give zero stars I would. On 03/30 I went to go buy a froyo with my friend and WE both ONLY had Apple Pay, well YALL SHOULD PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE OR SOMEWHERE BEFORE ORDERING stating “WE DONT TAKE APPLE PAY”not a little piece of paper right in-front of the cashier where one is already about to pay. #1 it was embarrassing already there’s already tons of stores that take Apple Pay including Dollar Tree…come on now?? 2. The main manager lady with a bun comes up and says “so how are yall gonna pay” when we were already trying to figure it out…(No patience) 3. After I paid, me and my friend were at the end of the line picking up our froyos and purses getting ready to go find a seat and the old mean a$$ manager goes “move please yall are getting in the way” UMMM EXCUSE ME???? RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Never coming back here again.

Do not go here. There customer service is awful and they are very rude the energy/vibes is terrible I don’t know how this place has business as a first time customer I give this place one star. They don’t accept Apple Pay so I decided to transfer money unto my bank card which takes less than a minute and the one lady who looked to be the manager came over and said to either pay up quick or move out of line and leave ? She said this in a very demanding mean manner to us. It was so disrespectful as a paying first time customer. I wasn’t even standing there a minute and there was only one person behind me who was still ordering there froyo. I had over $20 in froyo and smoothies. And we had a kid which was so excited to come here for the first time so I did pay and didn’t let her hatred ruin our day. Im sure she is very miserable with life and the job she chose but no need to take it out on your customers customer service is key. If your reading this learn how to be a light to others especially at your JOB because someone else who doesn’t take disrespect lightly would have caused a scene or worse. Also the froyo is not very good as well I’ve had better places in Dallas and the smoothie was 5/10 very gritty and sweet. If you are a person that likes good energy/vibes and kindness and great froyo I would bypass pink Berry there are plenty of other options around that deserve business way more with amazing customer service.

Their plain tart is absolutely delicious—perfectly tangy and refreshing! I also appreciate that they offer delivery, making it even easier to enjoy my favorites without having to leave home. On top of that, their pricing is always consistent, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience every time!

Staff was inviting, quick paced, helpful to new customers unfamiliar with the establishment. The folks here served up our 2 medium yogurts with a bag of ice to keep them cool. Bravo Pinkberry of Arlington! I told my wife about the great dessert and service, and they did not let us down.
