“Used my rewards. I walked in and got my pizza right away. It came out of the oven 5 minutes earlier than the time I was given. Now that's prompt service. The manager who assisted me was very friendly. My only advice would be for corporate to spend some money and fix the AC inside that place. Poor employees..... way too hot in Texas for that.“
“When I detailed the windows of this Pizza Hut, I noticed the employees operating like it was a QT gas station. I know I have never had an issue with this location and the last time I ordered pizza here for take out, it was being boxed up as I was walking in. Does anyone else feel like they’re a ninja turtle when they eat at Pizza Hut? Anyways, it’s always been a pleasure doing business.“
“The food was prepared so quickly, and tasted absolutely amazing. The cook did an amazing job and definitely needs a raise. When I picked up the pizza the person up front, Jay, was absolutely phenomenal she helped me with my discounts and was the nicest and most helpful server I’d encountered. I will definitely be returning and ordering so much more. Tasty food, good and helpful service, amazing time spent at this location.“
“I do like their pizzas (especially their stuffed crust). Prices seem a bit high (but prices are high everywhere). What I didn't like was that they do not have a visible menu. You have to scan a QR code to view their menu. I guess if I didn't have my phone with me I would be SOL 🤷🏾♂️“
“The manager spotted me detailing the windows next door to them at the XD vape and immediately set up an appointment to get their windows detailed- I have eaten at this Pizza Hut since it first opened years ago because I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 18 years. Out of the thousand pizzas I’ve ordered here over the years, they might’ve forgotten extra Parmesan cheese one time… which is forgiven considering the multitude of customer service provided. Thank you for your business and thank you for miles of pepperoni and cheese I’ve endured.“
“Worked here and have been ordering from here for years, so I know how it is. Slow workers that can be pretty lazy, the cashier can vary from good to having to explain the menu items to the cashier, and the place struggles during busy hours and that seems to never change. But the food I get is usually great and can be the best pizza to recommend to friends, but there are times when the food is lacking because whoever is making it doesn't care and it definitely shows.“
“Went today when they happened to be slammed. Felt very sorry for the workers because everyone was being rude and treating them as if they’re not people. Bre seemed to be the manager on shift. I think she handled herself very well despite rude customers yelling at them. She not nonverbal lost her cool on any of the customer. Feel very sorry they were treated badly.“
