Worst experience. As me and my family walked in, the employees walked to the back without greeting us and when we asked for assistance there was no response. We ended up taking our money and time elsewhere. Little Ceasars!!!

We didn't receive part of our order and after calling 3 times and being transfered to a call center then them supposedly transferring us to the store, we were never able to reach anyone to get our food or a refund. Worst customer service experience ever. Lastly the food we did get was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. Don't waste your time or money here. Terrible.

For some reason my app cursed me with randomly putting this place as pick up. I get here 10 minutes after it says ready and it's still not ready in the oven.
Just got home the pizza didn't have the bbq sauce I asked for, it didnt have ANY sauce. This place sucks.

A week ago I called to place an order and whoever was on the phone was very unprofessional and had a huge attitude with me talking to me all aggressive like I’m your friend of something I’m a customer not your friend to be talking to me crazy like that. I tried again yesterday I actually went inside to do carry out and some lady with glasses said “ I’m out of dough” “ and I can’t take your order” mind you prior to that I called and that exact person recommended it’s best I come in store. She also quoted “ I just had a 4,000$ dollar day” how is that even a flex or an excuse not make someone’s order. This Pizza Hut location is trash af. I ended up going to dominos down the street best decision ever.

This is the second time i place an order at this location and the store looks closed. LIGHTS OFF AND DOORS LOCKED. and there was someone walking around inside. The last time i had called the store and no one answered. this time someone answered FINALLY but only to tell me to put in a refund. As i was on the phone with this guy- some lady came out to talk to a truck delivery driver .. she looked like she was sleeping ….. i wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this location at night. idk how it is during the day. if i could review with ZERO stars i would.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered and the wrong pizza came. The manager proceeded to tell me she made the pizza and I had the correct pizza and refused my refund or new pizza. Don't waste your time or money with this store YOU WILL REGRET

Worked here and have been ordering from here for years, so I know how it is. Slow workers that can be pretty lazy, the cashier can vary from good to having to explain the menu items to the cashier, and the place struggles during busy hours and that seems to never change. But the food I get is usually great and can be the best pizza to recommend to friends, but there are times when the food is lacking because whoever is making it doesn't care and it definitely shows.
