The worst experience ever. I had a actual screw in my pizza. I'm glad my 5 yo did not eat that slice by mistake. I contacted the manager David who offered no apology or accountability. I will never order Pizza Hut again. The staff are rude and in need of customer service training.

Warning... To bad there is no -10...Don't order from this place. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED MY ORDER THEY ADDED A FUTURE PICK UP TIME WHEN THEY TOLD ME 10 MIN FOR PICK UP. THE MANAGER STATED I HAD TO WAIT 9 MIN PER PIZZA SO IF I ORDERED 5 PIZZAS U WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 45 MIN TO GET MY ORDER. SO I WONDER HOW FRESH WOULD MY PIZZA BE... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. We decided to try Pizza Hut on 1/6/23 placed an order online for 2 medium pizzas and a melt. The order was finalized at 6:24 pm paid the delivery fee and included the tip. It took a little over TWO HOURS to receive our order. The delivery driver pulled up at 8:40 pm. You Can only imagine the condition of the pizzas at that point they were already dried up and they looked like they sat out all night. We also tried contacting the store by phone during that time could never reach them. tried contacting their one 800 number for any type of recourse. The Person on the phone said that they could not do anything and have pass it on to somebody higher.

The largely uninterested staff has failed this location after many years of great service. The recent changes are typical of recent quality deterioration at Pizza Hut as a whole and mark the significant downturn of what used to be a great establishment.

The manager there is trash! Took and made my pizza. Wrong crust and then tried charging my fiance for packs of pepper and parmesan. Terrible... Even more was that I was told 15 minutes that turned into 45 minutes.

Dont order here im saving you guys from bad experience.Understaffed people not delivery guys only 1 cook all food are delayed. Then when you get your food its not hot and wings are uncooked.Please be careful in ordering here.

If I can give this place 0 star I would...this is the worse and most frustrating place I've dealt with. I placed an order online at 11:30Am, estimated time was 30 mins. Checked on status at 12....5 mins delayed. Fine then checked at 12:10...ordered was CANCELLED!!!! And they didn't even notify me! I called to see if I can get refunded, I got the call center and they're talking me there's nothing they can do since it'll be delivered at 12:45...how are they going to deliver it, when the order was cancelled!!???

Worst place ever! Ordered pizza through the app. First delivery person gets here and the order is wrong. So they take it back. Next person shows up about 45 mins later order still wrong. After calling 3 times and just gettin put on hold, we decide to drive up there to a refund and our order fixed. Than they didn’t refund us the whole amount. Management is horrible, customer service is terrible. Defly would go else where if you want pizza.

Order never got delivered. Waited 3 hours and i also called no one answered the phone. I went up to the store to see what was going on and the employee claimed the driver was on the way and no one came. Finally gave up and went back to the store to receive a refund. NEVER AGAIN!!
