We were there 3/3 on Tuesday night and did not get good service from Joey. It took a while for him to even greet our table and after he took our order and gave us our food that was the last we seen of him. One person received everything on the plate cold and we waited so long we just ended up taking them togo and everybody drinks were empty with just ice couldn’t get one refill. When we told him about the situation when he finally came when it was time to pay all he said was “ why did you say anything “ well sir… maybe if you would’ve checked up on us at least once? then proceeded to say we should’ve flagged him down he was running by us. nobody genuinely had seen him until we flagged him down to close out. I usually get good service at pluckers but not today.

I ordered my food ahead of time and ended up standing there 45 minutes for a pick up order, that was number 1. Number 2, I ordered a Larry bird and got a whole burger with jalapeño. That’s not what I paid for. My husband got a wing combo and didn’t even receive his fries. This whole experience was totally messed up and I will not be ordering another pick up order from this location again. Your host at the doors are rude as well. On top of them replacing a piece of chicken that was supposed to be tossed in buffalo sauce they gave me a burger patty with jalapeño. I know mistakes happen but a piece of chicken and a burger look totally different.

Good food. Not so great service from people at front entrance. Update: March 8v2026. Placed online order. Waited over an hour. I'm inside when person brings food from the back so it should've at least been warm. $23 for room temp, dry nuggets. The Mac was warm. Not happy at all. :(

I decided that this was where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner. We haven't been here in a long time as you can never get a table on almost evening without an hour wait and there aren't that many around as we live in Burleson. It worked out today only because we came at lunch time. We all got the boneless bites, 1 lb of chicken and waffle fries. The chicken was cooked and sauced well, but all of our fries were undercooked and still soft.... I still enjoyed it because they offer a lot of different sauces and we got different ones to share flavors. As the restaurant filled up, it did get very loud and hard to hear table conversation.

My family and i went last night 3/5 and our server Alex Guerrero was amazing! He gave us great recommendations to try, kept checking up on us and never left our drinks empty. We will continue to return and request for Alex to be our server!

Horrible service Went here on yesterday & watched families be served before me after being seated & ordered a hr prior to their food coming out before mine! The manager gave us our meal free but it sucks cuz we were there for my son's birthday!

My husband and I went to Pluckers again today but, this time but with our Daughter. The food and the atmosphere was awesome as always. It's starting to become my new favorite hangout. I already have a favorite waitress. And... Her name is Cora she the BEST!!!! Thank you Cora 😊
