Horrible service Went here on yesterday & watched families be served before me after being seated & ordered a hr prior to their food coming out before mine! The manager gave us our meal free but it sucks cuz we were there for my son's birthday!

My husband and I went to Pluckers again today but, this time but with our Daughter. The food and the atmosphere was awesome as always. It's starting to become my new favorite hangout. I already have a favorite waitress. And... Her name is Cora she the BEST!!!! Thank you Cora 😊

I used to love coming to this place because the food was always good and warm, but that was more than 6 months ago, this past few times I’ve been coming here the food is really cold and hard and clearly not fresh the fries are always cold now and so is the boneless wings basket meal I always order. Now I’m not the type of person to be writing reviews of restaurants but if I’m writing this, it because last time they really got to me. December 10 (a few days ago) I went to eat with some friends after church, food was cold and I had ordered 3 appetizers (3 holy Mac’s) before everyone was done ordering I changed my mind and asked our server to cancel one order of holy Mac and he refused saying it was to late to cancel it ?? I hadn’t even paid or gotten my food yet. On top of that after we were done eating , the server kicked us out of the restaurant saying we had to go or he was gonna get in trouble ?? It was a very disappointing and disturbing moment for what me and our friends where just enjoying our time with each other. I my self spent 74 dollars for bad service and cold food. I don’t think I’m ever coming back to this pluckers, not to mention the other 14 people that where coming with us.
