I’ve been coming for many years. I usually order to go. The the associates at the to go usually have a bad attitude when I do not tip 20% for a TOGO order. I always have to come back or check the bag in front of them bc my order is never completed. Y’all need to pay them a livable wage and not expect customers to tip 20% for TWO food orders that cost $70!!!!

Busy night on Friday. When my cousin signed us in, there were 120+ people ahead of us. It only took about 30 mins for us to be seated, which was impressive. Perhaps that explains the disappointment. My husband & I ordered 10 pc combos (Buffalo and Lemon Pepper mix). The Lemons Pepper wings were good, but the Buffalo were not. I ended up only eating 4 wings, but even the leftover Buffalo the next day tasted terrible. I kept eating, thinking, "This is Pluckers! Surely I am imagining the bad taste." However , I eventually had to throw away the remaining Buffalo Wings. Definitely not a good night at Pluckers, which was exactly the opposite of my first experience in Fort Worth a few months ago.

It was my first time going to pluckers in a long time. I am very disappointed on how bad their service got. I waited for these fried Oreos over 30minutes only for me to get home and see they burnt them. Not to mention their prices are insane and while we waited two different waitresses hit my husband because of how over crowded this place gets. Very disappointed!! ? Not planning on coming back to this place.

It was a family of 9 for a birthday party. I've joined the waiting list because of the party size and parties already booked. I was informed it would be an hr in a half wait time. I received a text 30 mins later to confirm my ready time and right before I selected my option it said that my name was taken off the waiting list, I confirmed anyway and it said party confirmed. Long story short, the wings were cold when they came out and hard as if they have been over cooked. The waiter place another other of fresh wings and they came out the same. The alcohol drink taste like kool-aid unsweetened. A shot could not be added since it was considered a top of the line drink that was already strong with different mixes. 8oz of combined alcohol with 16 oz of red bull in a 20oz glass. I wouldn't recommend this place for good food and drinks. For tv watching and crowded people yes.
