Pollo Regio at 2220 E. Pioneer Pkwy provided great customer service with a friendly, welcoming staff. The chicken was very moist and tender with amazing flavor. I also loved the variety of condiments—there was a great selection of sauces to choose from. Overall, a really enjoyable experience!
Once again, Perla did a wonderful customer service. You must go and try their great food!

I ordered a chicken baked potato & they barely sprinkled chicken on it. They’re definitely stingy with their meat. I’ve been to other locations and never had a problem.

I usually keep my expectations simple when ordering takeout, but this visit was disappointing. Due to a language barrier, my very simple order ended up becoming more complicated than it needed to be. The cashier was friendly and tried to help, and I thought we had a clear understanding before I left.
Unfortunately, when I got home, the order was still incorrect. To make matters worse, there was a long hair right in the middle of my Regio bowl. That completely ruined the meal for me.
On top of that, the food quality just didn’t feel the same as it used to. Overall it felt sub-par compared to past experiences. I hope they pay closer attention to orders and food preparation moving forward because this visit was definitely a letdown.
I went to this Pollo Regio today at around 8:20 pm and the experience was honestly frustrating. I tried to order at the kiosk and use my $20 reward along with another reward, but it wouldn’t process. I wasn’t sure if they could be used together or if the kiosk was glitching, so I went to the counter for help.
The first employee couldn’t find the reward and called over a male worker. Instead of actually listening to me explain what was happening, he immediately told me I had already used it and basically accused me of trying to get free food. I was trying to explain that I thought maybe the rewards couldn’t be combined and that’s why it wasn’t working, but I couldn’t even get that part out because he kept cutting me off and insisting I was wrong. Then he waved his hand and walked off in the middle of me talking like he was done with it. That was rude.
I’ll be honest, after he walked off I did get annoyed, so that part is on me. But it’s frustrating to be accused of something and then dismissed instead of helped.
At that point it wasn’t even about the reward anymore. I suggested they just scan my app instead of going back and forth. When they finally scanned it, the reward popped up, proving I hadn’t used it like he said. The issue wasn’t the food, it was how I was treated. If a customer needs help, listen first before assuming they’re lying.

Amazing customer service unlike the pollo regio on cooper st, Allison,Erica and ana, were amazing they had my food ready in less than 5 minutes were amazing and kind throughout the whole interaction l, this was my first time at this location and I will for sure be coming again, I'd prefer to drive all the way over here than to go the pollo regio on cooper st were they treated me horribly and with so much disrespect they should learn from the people at this location

Paid for extra meat cheese and sour cream waited 45 min in the drive thru please people dont waste your time and money the food was terrible i didnt get anything extra and i am missing my meat like seriously does this looks like a loaded nachos with extra that i paid for, i usually dont leave reviews but itt just upsetting
