Order UberEats thru this location and driver said they didnt give a drink even though i ordered one. Chicken was also very rubbery. Pretty disappointing

I have photos of the food and just how nasty the place was. Customer service was ridiculous, the wait was too. The food was well let's say ill never return!
Almost all the tables were covered in trash, one table had a HUGE wad of hair on it, like gagged me I couldnt even eat. Smelt like sewage too. My chicken tender wasn't even as long as my pinky and im a woman with small hands. The Mac n chz was GROSS I mean never again

I order my food at the kiosk at 4:45. About 10 minutes went by and still haven't received my order. I asked the cashier and said that they still didn't have it ready. Doordash people start showing up and started receiving there food first even though the order wasn't ready. At this point I had waited for 45 minutes for a simple combo.i tried to talk to the manager but she just walked by and ignore me. I tried to talk to an employee, I got there attention but another doordash person came in, so the employee completely cut me off before I can even finished. She decided to take care of the doordash first even though I've been waiting for an hour and some minutes. Not only was my food cold but they also messed up my order. I recommend not going at all.

Food is always average at best, customer service is abysmal the employees are very rude, they are consistently out of items as well. I would avoid this location at all costs not worth the money or time.

Young People, lack of attention to detail, will mess your order up and will also have to waiting. Unfortunately whoever manages this location needs to be trained on how to run a successful business.

Ordered through door dash. They got my honey lemon pepper wrong. Missing fries. Out of lemonade. Phone line busy! Just close your business down because you all suck as a franchise!

Saw a advertising in the restaurants to buy 6 wings get 6 free and when I ask can I get it she told me no its suppose to be online. Buts it literally on the menu board in front of me. Plus they were out of everything at 1pm. The lady at the counter was rude and seem she didnt want to be there and the manager or supervisor avoid the incident completely and the customers behind me all tried ordering the same thing and was met with poor customer service
