Put pickles on my sandwich had it remade then got food poisoning.

I rarely come to this one but I had no choice since I was on lunch. I ASKED the lady at the time of placing my order if the strawberry creme pies were ready, she said yes. Pulled up to the window and was told to park for about 10 minutes (mind you I'M ON LUNCH and the reason for me asking if pies were ready was to keep me from having to wait and be late from lunch. I had to WALK in and the manager states the pies were fresh until I told her that I asked if they were up and was told there was some up. Now I'm late back from lunch because of the incompetent people working there. I was so late I didn't notice that straws were not put in the bag. I dread going to this location but since my house is close and a 30 min lunch I had no choice. Moral of the story... If someone asks if something is up and ready that most likely means they cannot wait for it to be cooked!! I hope they get better people in this location. EVERYTIME there is SOMETHING with this location.

Will not recommend! No mac n cheese at 6:30pm wow, the chicken wasn’t fresh and the service was terrible! My kids an I will never go back !

My advice is to use the drive through. It takes way longer to get your food when you go inside. I watched countless cars get their food while I waited inside.

Ordered the chicken burgers and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Took a bite and it was hard.

I just recently went through the drive thru, and I heard the manager taking my order. She is terrible there, she didn't even get my order right at all, I literally said how I want my order and she completely missed it up. I mean seriously I used to work at a drive thru and it's not that hard, all you have to do is just listen and ensure everything is correct. I swear any other employee working here can do a better job than her, god how does one even climb the ladder if they can barely do their job right.

I'm so upset, went here about 30 minutes ago I ordered two of the three piece spicy and a small mashed potato and a biscuit well needless to say I didn't get a receipt first off my chicken was not spicy it was cold and it was regular the mashed potatoes taste like they were made yesterday and have been sitting out since yesterday I've been trying to call the location went on Google got the number what happens it doesn't even ring nor do they answer it just sits there and shows that it's calling and then it hangs up on you so how do you contact these people if you don't have a receipt and they're not answering their phone ridiculous I'm so upset about the situation

Went to pick up lunch on a Saturday and the main door was locked. The store had been opened for at least 30 minutes. My children walked around to the side door and asked if they were open the staff were dumbfounded and unsure. The food wasn’t prepared and they still didn’t open the main door to accommodate customers. No one apologized for the inconvenience or lack of customer service. If we weren’t in a time crunch I would have gone to another place to feed my kids.

Worst place ever. I went to get a chicken sandwich. I wanted it plain. They added sauce. I repeated that I wanted it plain. Then they added pickles. I repeated it again that I wanted the sandwich plain. I get home and the bread still had the pickle imprint on the bread. Apparently they didn’t change the bread. If I’m telling you that I don’t want something on my food, don’t you realize it could be because of a food allergy. This the sorriest Popeyes ever. Plus the staff is really rude

Came in to place my order still took more then 15 minutes and their wasn't anyone else in the lobby placing a order and the drive-thru wasn't busy. My two kids meals sat on the counter behind the register. I had to ask the crew member that was cooking for my order.
