This place was high energy and very noisy. If you go, expect to sit outside if you want to talk. Our food was average and served quickly. For a fast lunch, this is your place.

We decided to give this a try because it's something new. We just ordered two hot dogs and a piece of chocolate cake in the Drive-Thru. I had no idea hot dog could be so skinny. It's almost $4 for one hot dog and does come on and interesting bun with poppy seeds and they put pickle and peppers and a few things in there but it's just not big enough. We both liked it but we agreed that we were ripped off. The cake is fine but it's not anything to get excited about. I've had way better cake at Rosa's Cafe for the same price and it was about the same size. If you must eat a hot dog away from your home then try Sam's Club or get someone off of the hot dog cart outside of Home Depot. At least you'll get full. If you have to get one here you better go with the jumbo it's probably the size of a regular hot dog that you would buy in a store. Lol

My experience at the newly opened Portillo's near the Parks Mall in Arlington was highly disappointing. While the restaurant itself was clean and spacious, the quality of the food left much to be desired. I tried their famous hot dog and beef sandwich, both of which were overpriced for what they offered. The hot dog was average at best, nowhere near as flavorful as what you'd find at Costco. As for the beef sandwich, it was a disaster. The bread was soggy and unappetizing, making it the worst sandwich I've ever had. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality at Portillo's and would not recommend it to others.

I went to this restaurant 40 years ago and remember it being better. That being said, it was good. Plan on going back and trying other things on menu.

1/10 do not recommend. It's pretty but food not worth it for the price. Was so disappointed in that "wet" Italian beef. Dino's peppers are WAAAAY better. Paid extra for the spicy peppers and still such kack of flavor. And who still has food pick up on an unsupervised rack??? Right next to an exit too. Screaming "please steal food that is already paid for". Staff interactions i had were not friendly. All i did was ask where my order was and they were snappy. There are a lot of restaurants with better food and better service in the same area fir better prices.

I ordered two cheeseburgers with small fries for my family. Unfortunately, I should have checked my bag prior to leaving. Where is staff’s due diligence in ensuring their orders are filled correctly? Called back for refund on missing food item, was put on hold for my “complaint” before I even could finish my sentence so I could be transferred to manager. Manager on duty stated that I would receive my refund on missing food item within 24-48 hours. As of right now, it has been passed 48 hours. Will update review once I receive my refund.

First visit, I had the Italian beef sandwich (aka - Texas Philly Cheesesteak) bread was very, very, soggy. I do not know anyone that likes wet bread. I don't recommend it.

This place rocks in Arlington Texas. I was very skeptical when they were building in Arlington because I ate at one while on vacation in Chicago. I believe Chicago is where they originate from. In Chicago they were horrible. Food was ?? terrible, but I guess coming to Texas helped them get their food ? legit. I had a burger, a fish sammy, and a dog. Crinkle cut fries were also good…. real good.
