They gave us the wrong food. And then instead of giving it to us on top of our actual order, they asked for it back. They gave half of it to the customer that ordered it after we told them we had touched the food inside the box. And the other half was put in the trash. Any manager with a lock of sense gives the food to the family that received it in error, not puts it in the trash and gives it to a customer, tainted. Gross and sad.
Last night, I visited your establishment for dinner, and I must say that the food was delicious. My order was received promptly, and everything was in perfect order. The service was exceptional, and the chicken was hot and juicy. The fries were also cooked to perfection. However, I would suggest raising the air conditioning or turning off the fan, as the dinner area was quite cold.
It's so sad to see that the strips have shrunk to seemingly have the size. I ordered free individual strips. To top off their being so small, I was told I could not have a sauce to go with them because I ordered them individually and not as a meal, so I would have to pay for it. I asked... Are you serious. I was told something weird about their having to put it in the container themselves. Made no sense. Ultimately, I asked for a refund. It's the principal of it.
