About Temptations Arlington's Restuarant and Lounge

Temptations, located in Arlington, is a restaurant and lounge that attracts both locals and newcomers. It offers a variety of music and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a popular spot for a night out without having to go to Dallas. The restaurant features a bar with happy hour and weekly drink specials, and it also offers hookah. On Fridays, the restaurant shows hospitality to groups celebrating special occasions, providing complimentary champagne and bottle service. However, there have been ongoing complaints about the customer service skills of some waitstaff. Customers have reported needing to go to the bar for assistance and mentioned that service can be unprofessional, with issues such as incorrect drink prices and neglect.

The food has received positive feedback, particularly the delicious fish and seasoned fries, which many have enjoyed. However, guests have noted cleanliness issues, such as sticky floors, which detracted from their experience. While the staff's knowledge could be improved, some individual waitstaff have been praised for their attentiveness. Additionally, there have been comments regarding the timing of staff arrival and entertainment, suggesting a need for better organization. Despite these concerns, the overall atmosphere and food quality at Temptations continue to draw in visitors, and there is ample parking available at the shopping center.
