Ordered a Oldtimer and they smashed the burger down and cooked it well done. They did take it off my receipt.
Marcos, the manager on shift at the time, displayed what true customer service was. He completely changed the trajectory of mine and my wife’s customer experience from a bad one to good one. He exemplified professionalism. Grateful there are still good ones like him in the food service industry, who prioritizes the customer experience. Five stars to Marcos.
The chilis in Arlington was bad, they didn't have water we where told. We placed our order and I went to get my granddaughter sappy cup. They locked me out the building. I stood out side knocking and went to the window, my daughter inlaw told they I was out there. The hostess and another employee stood there on the phone laughing. I asked for a manager. She apologized and I informed her that they should put a note on the door. People where trying to come into the building....read full review
