We have not been to Red Robin's in quite some time, due to issues in the past with quality.
We were pleasantly surprised that this location in the Highlands was not only tasty and good quality, but the staff was very friendly, highly attentive, and overall just made our experience incredible!
The fact that you can lettuce wrap any burger, and also have garlic broccoli as an endless side, is amazing, especially if you are on a low-carb / keto diet.
The only negative thing I can say is the cleanliness of the men's restroom. It just need a little bit of TLC.
Other than that, everything else was more than awesome, and we will be visiting more often.

I'm told this place is great but I haven't hit that rock-bottom point in my life that I've been willing to try it.
My kid loves the sign as we drive by, so 5/5 for graphic design acumen.

Inept, dirty and wrong. That describes my entire experience here. Asked for no grilled onions and they came on the burger and then the waiter told me that Red Robin grills onions and incorporated them into the bbq sauce. Which is not true but again this place is ran horribly. The entire restaurant is sticky and dirty.

The burgers here are so good!! I love the unlimited sides! I always get the garlic parmesan broccoli and the waiters are always really good about bringing the refills for it and for the drinks.

I’m sorry but I’m going to be the one to say it. A lot of restaurants have been underperforming and simply not caring in so many ways. I have a horrible experience ALMOST every time my family and I go out for food (MY FOOD). I’m sorry but if I see you scratching your head and not wearing gloves expecting to touch my food. I’m going to have an issue with that! I’m just giving an example of past experiences at places.Food isn’t the same neither is the service. My family and I have been going here, particularly for the past 3 days Straight . The service has been excellent and it’s so relieving. I made sure I let all 3 employees along with management how much we truly appreciate them. The food was EXCELLENT HOT, FRESH, CLEAN AND AMAZING SERVICE.

Too bad the food was not as good as the wait staff. The mozzarella sticks were edible, however I was struggling to find the chicken in my chicken nuggets thru all of the batter!!!
