The best ice cream and the employees are amazing.
Showed up to an empty Rita’s at 4:45pm, I asked for the limited time only flavor and they were out. I was told they could make a new batch in about 25 minutes. I did not want to wait. With no customers and 2 employees I guess I expected more. I still bought something but it’s just not the same. You should probably do better.
My son and I go here once a week for a special Friday treat and we absolutely love this place! Last summer he had his tonsils removed and that was all he could eat for about two weeks and we went everyday. One day we were running late and the even stayed open a few minutes past closing so we could make it in. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice even when it's not our regular people. It's the best summer evening treat and we are faithful customers.
This Rita’s is located in a vibrant restaurant row, which is perfect cause who doesn’t want a sweet treat after dinner?! This location also offers surprise deals to make your visit more affordable. The service is great and it was enjoyable to stroll along the paths while savoring a delicious dessert.

Rita’s is a favorite spot to visit! Especially now that it is summer! I am so happy one is on Cooper Street now! I love all the variety of flavors and the custard is sooooo yummy!!!

Nice little establishment. The service during my visit wasn’t great, and I feel my order could’ve been made better. Regardless the chocolate blendin w/ nutella was good!
