They had the best chocolate strawberry ice cream! We wanted to make it back again but ran out of time.
I hate places when they dont respect the delivery riders. I saw a driver made to wait even after the people who came after him.
Everything was 👍good!
I pass by this place often, it's been here awhile & this is my first time here.
It's a small shop with limited seating inside. Maybe about 10 people at most can sit inside at once. High tables that seat two & one regular table that seats four. Just an FYi if you're going with a larger group. With that being said there were a good amount of customers stopping in to get treats to go.
I had frozen custard & got a small. It consisted of three scoops, which are small scoops it was still plenty! I'd compare the scoops to be a similar size of a ping pong ball.
- cookie dough
- coffee cookie crunch (I think?? Lol)
- black cherry cheesecake
All were very good, it none of the flavors were overly sweet. I do wish there had been a sugar free option of one or yep flavors but didn't see any. The employee recommended to black cherry cheesecake, she did not steer me wrong. My friend had a Reese's concrete & enjoyed it as well.
The signage everywhere is a bit overwhelming & somewhat makes it seem cluttered. I'm not sure if it's always like that but there was about three stand alone signs, that tall ones... one had what looked like fall flavors, another maybe holiday flavors, & then another one idk. There was another sign that had multiple flavors, maybe that's a year round one to highlight what they have. Does it affect the flavors? No, but just an observation but like I said, it looks a bit cluttered.
I'd give it a 4.5 if there were half stars & overall a good experience. They girl running the shop was also very sweet to us & everyone who stopped in.
Absolutely wonderful experience and sweet treat!!
My 12-year-old nephew went in asking for “Mint Chocolate Chip”, but they didn’t have that flavor..
Here’s the kicker, and one thing that made our experience great, is instead of saying “sorry, we don’t have that flavor” and allowing us to walk out the door, the nice young lady says “I can make you something similar using a mixture of Andes Mints & a few other things”. Would you like to try that?
Of course my little guy says Yes I would please, and I do believe that’s his NEW FAVORITE!!!
Thank you for a great experience at this location! God bless.
Awesome place!
Limited bench seating outside of their store. Staff had nonchalant customer service and attitudes. The Italian ice wasn't bad.
Drove up from Oatmeal Tx, stop in to take a break from milking the cows. Very good, going to train my cow to make Italian Ice
Very refreshing!!! And so good!
Ordered a concrete mixer Reeces. It was like dairy soup and not frozen or firm.

I got the root beer float cream Italian ice. It puts snow cones to shame. It was my first time but I’ll definitely be coming back
Eh the ice cream swirl chocolate and vanilla had no flavor and wasn't sweet. The heath milkshake kinda tasted like either the milk or egg in it was sour. Not impressed. 1 employee working on a Sunday afternoon lots of waiting around
I like Italian ices . Rita's is OK, eat them once in a while when I'm in Arlington.
The best ice cream and the employees are amazing.
Showed up to an empty Rita’s at 4:45pm, I asked for the limited time only flavor and they were out. I was told they could make a new batch in about 25 minutes. I did not want to wait. With no customers and 2 employees I guess I expected more. I still bought something but it’s just not the same. You should probably do better.
