my kids ordered mothers day dinner at 5pm she waited 3hrs. for food. she literally started helping them by calling out customers names. in conversation with other customers. she found out a lady waited 2hrs for cheese cake. thanks Macaroni Grill for making my mother's day awful food didn't taste good. bread was hard as a rock. terrible service. on a busy day to have 5 people working. SAD SAD

Have been waiting for 45 minutes for to-go order. Raw sewage flowing out of the parking lot. Staff does not answer phone. Paid on line and been kept in the parking lot. What an awful experience.

You know, I don't complain about food places unless I feel like I've been disrespected but y'all. I WAS DISRESPECTED. I've been eating at this location for, I dunno 15 years? We got to-go last night due to the pandemic and because we still like to support our local eateries once a week. We paid $42 for two pasta dishes and a side salad. $42. One dish was meh but definitely not $18 worth. The mushroom ravioli, which I've been getting for said 15 years was hideous. Also $18 but for a few ravioli and some dirty mushrooms sitting in a puddle of grease with no sauce. The salad was $3, and was maybe three bites worth? Also half of it was brown and nasty. We also didn't get any bread which is weird because I requested extra. Pictures say more so I've included them but for real? They've severely jacked up their prices while serving food even a gas station owned sushi bar would be ashamed of. LAME

Went on day after Valentine's, place was busy alot of large groups. Our waiter busy, but a young man another waiter was helping him and was constantly making sure we were being attended. His name was Guy. Great young man, attentive, kind polite. He was constantly helping other people, wherever he could. Made our experience great, because we probably wouldn't have. Food is always great. But worth going back again for a great waiter like Guy.

Macaroni Grill has been our local go-to restaurant for a LONG time. Super friendly staff, especially the bartending crew - plus a solid group of regulars makes the bar / lounge area a fun place most nights of the week. Food is always on point and I love the fact they will do special orders and substitutions. One of the cool things about this Mac Grill location is that it's not typically overcrowded on a normal weeknight - great for conversation, low-key visit to the bar and hassle-free night out. Grab a seat at the bar and have some great food at Macaroni Grill Arlington.

It was Valentine's Day and we decided to "beat the rush" and go in early as their online app said they were booked solid from noon until 2:30 p.m. that day. Upon arriving a few minutes before noon we were surprised to see the place so empty. We chose our own place to sit and was greeted by the server fairly quickly. The cook brought our entrees and the meal was great. The server was okay but not very attentive. She was at least pleasant and polite and did her best. We have gone there before and will continue to in the future. Close by and convenient.

Yesterday (valentines day) was not a happy one for us since we recently lost our son-in-law. Our daughter wanted to eat here. When seated at the table I told the manager in training Rebecca, what the circumstances were. She took care of us personally, & didn't over whelm us with happy heart day. Her service was excellent & the food was WONDERFUL. We had a lovely lunch thanks to Rebecca & her compassion. Management...these are the kind of people you need to hire!
Terrible service by Bachel. Cold,undercooked food and sloooooooow service. Only 3 tables were occupied in the restaurant, so not busy at all. Waitress didn't even bring refills for my husband. Note well, their "suggested gratuity" is 18%, 20% and 22% for an awful service.

Was ridiculous called in a to go order when i arrived in the time frame i was given, i was told that it was never put in so i waited 41 minutes for 2 entrees. I manage a bar 6x this size and just hard to understand you don't have a system in place for shift change. Communication is one of the biggest parts of our job. Be better!

Customer service is good. That's why it gets 2 stars. The bread they brought out was hard and cold at first. The second loaf was better. The chicken Alfredo was cold and dried out. Noodles and chicken ends were burnt. Won't be going back
