Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

Got the Chicken and Turkey, Turkey was moist and juicy but the half chicken was dry and it actually taste more like bake chicken than bbq. My wife and I both smelled it and there was no bbq smoke smell at all.

I enjoy this place everytime I come here to the area. Their brisket breakfast tacos are out this work..Just make sure you get the sissy sauce...everything nicely seasoned and flavored...Great customer service, nice polite staff, no long wait times.. All their prices are low and reasonable... To put it into perspective the only thing on their menu above 17.00 are the family meals.. everything else is under either $16.50, $10.00, and $5.00..

Tall white man (manager) with white beard, comes over while my food is already wrapped as I’m checking out.

I asked another staff member for weight, and then as the staff member is trying to weigh it, the manager unwraps my sandwich, and takes meat off my sandwich (going thru pieces of meat in the bread) with the gloves he’s been touching the register, fridge, and other items with. Unsanitary! I spoke with the woman manager and she apologized; she’s always very kind!

I asked for corporate number as well.

While doing this he turns as red as a strawberry stating since you want it weighed I am taking some meat off. I had already informed the staff I had allergies.

He’s totally out of control. This was totally disrespectful! I’m def calling corporate Monday.

On June 26, 2026, I purchased a breakfast bowl with sausage bits (not decent size pieces), eggs, and potatoes that was TOO SALTY! The food was so salty that I couldn't even eat it. I wasted my time and money buying this breakfast bowl. The cooks at this Rudy's location in Arlington need to learn not to put so much salt and seasoning on the food and serve larger sizes of the meat items such as the sausage.

Great authentic Texas BBQ, delicious brisket, new potato, cole slaw, courteous staff and clean establishment.

Great tasting food and very quick service. Ordered the brisket sandwich and link sandwich were both very delicious on buttered buns

First time here, and oh my, it was amazing!! Staff so friendly and a gentleman next to us in line tell us what is good. I tried the chopped on a baked potato ( that was his suggestion) and it did not disappoint!
Washington state doesn’t have anything close to Ruby’s Bar-B-Q.
And the first responders discount, was by far the best we have ever received. My husband was very impressed with the discount and the fact that they offer it.

Great experience! We ordered online for a family gathering, and the customer service was truly exceptional! A huge thank you to the manager on duty (Claudia) and employee Elaine at the Arlington location! They both went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and handled everything with incredible care! The food was delicious and we highly recommend ordering from here!

Food was barely warm. My mom did not want just warm baby back ribs, so I had to go ask for hot warm ribs. Which they seem to bring from the back. Food was good, not as good as the W35 location down south Fort Worth. But good enough. Not sure I’ll be returning to this location.
