Showed & Asked A Female Employee If She Would Like To Take A Bite, Which She DECLINED. She Explained The Pitmaster/Rib Cook Was New. NO EXCUSES, This Is Pork, You Can Get A Customer (Adult, Toddler, or Sr. Citizen) Sick or Put Them As An In-Patient To A Hospital via The Emergency Dept. If NOT Fully Cooked. I Explained To Her I BBQ Pork Ribs With The 3 hrs. (Once Internal Temp. Is 160 Degree F, Wrap Ribs In Foil), 2 hrs. (Once Internal Temp. 203 to 205 Degrees F), Unwrap To Foil Boat And Add Your BBQ Sauce & Leave On Pit for 15 to 20 mins. This Is A "No Brainer," We WILL NOT Be Returning To Rudy's BBQ For "Substandard" BBQ!!!! Breakfast tacos were delicious. Freshly made to order. Pick the salsa you want. Everyone was friendly. Would go more often but we live in North Arlington.

I just went in to PU some ribs. The place was very clean. They were courteous and efficient. They have an outdoor patio you can eat in. It's very nice. I would definitely go there again.

Brisket is missing the smoke flavor. Had a bit of propane taste.Turkey and sides were fantastic.
Rudy's...I've had their 2 meat baked potatoe MANY times before and it ALWAYS satisfies, however today it was NOT what I have had in the past. The brisket was hard and the potatoe wasn't soft at all, it was WAY OVERCOOKED. And my extra brisket was nothing but 3 slices of fat. I really hate this for me because I LOVE this place. Oh well better luck next time I guess.

I have been here twice. I come for the stuffed baked potato with the smoked turkey. It is so huge and it is so good especially topped with their signature BBQ sauce.I didn't take pictures of my food, I'll make sure to catch that next visit
