I went to this location for a smoothie after a long day and there was a curly headed girl who helped me- I think her name was Audrey-but she was so nice to me and made me laugh! Much needed after a long day! Service was good and so was the smoothie!

Went to this location to do some work and buy a couple drinks. Before I could get there my helper was told if we wanted to do some work we had to sit outside and not inside. Wow at almost 100 degrees do you really think that I will be back or the word of mouth for this location will be good. 👎👎

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and each visit has been marked by the same disappointing issues. The store environment is often loud and chaotic, with employees using profanity and yelling openly. There’s a clear lack of professionalism and customer service.
Most concerning is the casual use of the N-word by Black employees. While I understand the cultural context, it is still entirely inappropriate in a workplace, especially one serving the public. Language like this has no place in a corporate setting.
Leadership appears absent — on occasion i have seen the General Manager on personal calls, allowing staff to do the same, with little urgency or care for the customer experience.
However, there are 2–3 employees who stand out for their professionalism and respectful demeanor. Their efforts deserve recognition, but they are the exception in an otherwise poorly managed store.
I hope corporate takes action to address these ongoing concerns and uphold the standards expected of a cooperate store.

Several weeks ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a strawberry slim and trim. The drink I received had peanut butter in it. I parked, went inside and told the girls working that my smoothie had peanut butter in it. They told me I had the correct smoothie. They didn’t offer to give me a refund, make a new smoothie or anything. I left and went home and had my husband and daughter taste it. They both said there was peanut butter in it. That brings us to today and my son went by there to get a smoothie after work. The smoothie they gave him was poorly blended. There were chunks of ice and other stuff in there. I don’t n ow what’s happened to the service at that smoothie king but we won’t be returning there. Beware…you may not get what your ordered and it may not be properly blended.
Their hours are different than as posted. We were turned away at 8:40 and told they were closed.

Usually decent service and smoothies are good. The employees they have on this Sunday night shouldn't even be in charge of emptying trash cans. 25 minutes with 2 people in front of me, all 3 of us one small smoothie. Also not even filled and the wrong flavor. Some people shouldn't be allowed out the house
