Store was clean and I know drive thru takes a while so not upset about that. My smoothie was like water. It had no ice in the blender. Had it remade and it was still super watery. Only reason they don't get 1 star is because the last 2 times were good.

I want to give KUDOS first to a young man named Q that works in the evening time. (If I could just rate him I would). I stopped going to the Debbie Lane location because my smoothies were always watery with ice. Now I’m experiencing the same at this one. If I don’t see Q at work I keep going and I don’t want it to be like that at all. I’m expressing concerns because this place has potential to be AMAZING but the rest of the crew have to get it together not one person. I visit all the time before I go to my night shift job and it’s literally watery drinks every time unless Q is there. This has been going on over 1 month and I was trying to see if it would get better and it hasn’t so I decided to leave a review.

I went to get my usual Strawberry Kiwi Breeze, but I was not satisfied. I should’ve stuck to my regular store in Euless, but I just happened to be in this area. If you want a good smoothie, don’t come here. The staff is rude, the place smells weird, and overall, it looks dirty.

Nooooo!!! I recently visited this location and was disappointed with my smoothie experience. The smoothie I ordered was watery and had ice cubes in it. The bottom tasted like fruit juice, which was quite off-putting. I was also expecting a creamy texture from the why protein powder, but that wasn’t the case. I tried calling the location to inquire about the issue, but unfortunately, they didn’t answer. Given my disability, I was unable to return to the location. I hope they can address this matter and provide a better smoothie experience for their customers in the future.

I visited this location twice before and they were extremely slow nonetheless I still waited to get my smoothies. Today I went for Veterans Day to get the complementary blue smoothie yet the cashier who looked like a high school student argued with me about what she thinks a Military retired ID looks like. This was the worst service and they are clearly uneducated.

This was first time visiting smoothie king and I will definitely be back. Jay was absolutely amazing at the front counter. She was very knowledgeable about the type of smoothie I was wanting to try. She is definitely an asset for this smoothie king location. I will definitely be coming back.
