Rude employees. Don't answer the intercom when you ring for service. They ignore the calls for service if they are busy so that they don't make customer wait to long for their food. Worst experience ever ! Ordered 2 grilled cheese and 2 footlong cheese coneys ! Waited 15 minutes and nothing. Pressed red button for service and l got was your order will be ready soon. Asked for refund . Went to the sonic on Matlock and Turner Warnell - received my same order in 3.5 minutes!!
