I ordered a head in the app a route 44 water with no ice and a two piece mozzarella stick. Got to the sonic and it was super busy so I knew it probably take a little bit to come out even though that's all I ordered. Sat there for 30 minutes. And when I started to see people come and go after me, I had to get out of my car to go push the button because I was at one of the stalls that didn't have a button. The girl who was working acted like she had no clue what was going on, couldn't tell me why I haven't got my order. Walked back inside And disappeared again for about 10 minutes. More people coming and going after me. I finally got out again and asked her if they were even working on my order. I got attitude and waved off. About two minutes later I got my order, 45 minutes after I had ordered it and shown up. And they even got that order wrong. This sonic is like two minutes from my house. But I pretty much never wanna go back there.
Shout out the dude in the Crocs who brought out my ice super fast he was chill.

Wanted to stop and truly thank Brad the general manager Jim the manager and Michael the carhop employee. Each person went beyond expectations when our food was accidentally mixed up. Food was perfect... super hot and fresh. Thank you truly.. we are new to the area and will be back real soon because of this experience. Cheers to an amazing team. Please make it a great day everyday and do it on purpose with purpose

During my recent visit, I encountered an issue with the service at the establishment. The same individual who took my order was delivering orders outside the establishment. It appears that the establishment is experiencing a shortage of staff. While the food was of satisfactory quality, the service was lacking. The only payment method available at the time of my visit was cash, and cards were not accepted.

Dear Brad. I 100 precent asked for groovy sauce with the groovy fries I ordered! I also order cheddar peppers and you asked me if I wants ranch and I said no. Regardless as a customer if I am asking for a sauce charge me and bring it out without sass! What you did is very passive aggressive and I will not spend my money at this establishment again Brad!

Terrible experience at this location tonight. They have teenage children being “Managers” . There was a mistake on the “Managers” end on an online order. Manger refused to provide his name when asked. Got visibly upset that someone was recording the incident. “Manager”refused to provide customer a refund, or to remake the items customer requested. The young man named Micheal did get a tip from the customer. He apologized on the “Manger “ behalf. I have videos and pic of the incident in question. CEO should really look into leadership for the kids/ “Mangers”. “Manger” was very argumentative

My little son and myself burned our mouth. I am not too happy about this it was so hot that he had tears in his eyes and his mouth was sore for a couple days!! We had to send tater tots back bc they had no flavor, no salt. so they asked for them back(which is not sanitary) so I packed it all back and then all they seem to do was heat them up and then asked us to taste them again while he was still standing there, tasted the same EXCEPT scolding hot. Which was some sort of pay back or something like they enjoy watching people who have any problems burn their mouths. Me I just brushed off but bc this burned my 9yr old sons mouth I watch some action to be taken after reading reviews clearly some new management and servers. My drink which normally comes out pink was totally white and they took it back and brought out bigger cup same taste. Definitely will not come back to this location. Convenient but NOT worth it.

One of the WORST Sonics ever! Brad, the manager has the nastiest and meanest attitude! He is so disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to people! What was anyone thinking hiring a so called manager like him!

Me and my husband got a couple of Super Sonic meals, he got chili cheese fries, I got fries, we got pretzel ( looked burnt) and some mozzarella sticks, 2 Drpeppers, The person who took order was rude, we had asked for ranch and a marinara for mozzarella sticks, didn't get either, food was cold, burgers looked like a 5 year old would make it better, Dr pepper was watery, Get it together. I would give 0 stars of possible
