First time going to this one. Did a pick up order. Didn't have the BBQ sauce, the cheese sauce for the pretzel, nor the marinara for my two orders of cheesesticks. They had 20 minutes to get it ready. Won't go back

This location doesn't know how to make there own super sonic burrito, they keep making it without any meat. This has happened to many times and has dropped my view on this location.

I had the worse item #2 cheeseburger yesterday. It was so very messy and cold. I heated the tots up at home. Even my Parrot wouldn’t touch them & he loves tots. So disappointing because I was very hungry.

Ordered two slushees. Waited 40 mins. When we asked about it, it turns out the slushees have been sitting there and nobody decided to bring it out. They brought it out, but by then the slushees were melted and watered down. We asked for new ones, we got it. When we tried our slushees, they were still watered down and melted. The consistency was the same as water, not a slushee. Asked for the manager, he came out with a rude and with an attitude and said “the machine is working overtime”. When we said that they should inform costumers of the slushee machine isn’t working he said “it’s working, it’s just working overtime”. Contradicting statement, cause if it’s working what does “working overtime” even mean. If your answer to why a slushee is water consistency is “it’s working overtime” then that says that it’s not working. You can’t say “it’s working”, when it’s not. And then the manager is absolutely unprofessional and incompetent as a leader. How did he let drinks sit there for 40 mins. 20 of those minutes we were only one of three cars on the lot. You’re telling me he never went “hey what are these drinks doing here?” Or “hey that car has been here for a while, what was their order?”. His appearance was unkempt and dirty, definitely not one you want as a manager. Not to mention his attitude coming out to the car. He was rude right off the bat, and after going back and forth we just got a refund and he took the drinks back ?‍♀️. They were watered down anyway. Don’t ever come to the south cooper location, they are always slow and unprofessional as many of these other reviews have stated. This location needs completely new staff or to be closed down. At least some upper managerial intervention. This is not the type of person you need working in management.

The car hops are finally friendly but one. She never smiles just pushes food in your face or drinks then turns around without saying a word. I will get her name next time.

Carhop was friendly but I cannot get over waiting 18 minutes for a single half lemonade half unsweet tea. my mobile order was marked "completed" after 15 minutes but I never got anything. Had to press red button to request my drink.

The manager is very unprofessional. I believe his name may be Brad, but it may not have been. He told me there is no corporate or district manager to report him. He was rude and very sassy only because I asked a question in regards to why they have to take the food back from after they give it to and you have it in the car. They said if you pay with cash they have to take it back from the car and take it back inside for whatever reason. Maybe to get change, I’m not sure. In fact they took it back in twice, again after making them aware that the order was missing something. Instead they asked for everything back instead of just bringing the missing item. At this point with all the back and worth the food isn’t fresh or sanitary. I was willing to pay with a card but I only paid with cash so I could make sure I give the carhop a cash tip. The manager spoke to me rudely and asked for the food back. He was mad because I recorded him being rude and he told me I couldn’t come back again. I definitely contacted corporate even though he said there’s no corporate. I patronize this location to often to be treated rude. I have businesses in Arlington and would never treat my clients/ customers this way. Hopefully something will be done.

Lovely !

Ordered two small items and waited for 30 minutes and pressed the bottom to ask when is it coming and as soon as I asked a 1 minute after they give it to me all completely melted ( I order 2 ice creams cone in a cup)
