Service was fast and waitress was very helpful,, only downside was my order of a footlong chili dog and some chili cheese tots and neither one had enough chili or cheese to cover the whole thing,,, everything thing else was great,,

The Burgers and fries are great! Love their Breakfast menu items also. Particularly the breakfast burritos and toaster sandwich. The lime and lemonade slushes are my favorites.

There was a few month that the morning service was slow because there were not enough employees so I quit coming for awhile because I didn't want to be late to work.I decided to give it a try again because I really love my Dr Pepper with cherry ( not a coffee drinker). I stop most mornings Monday-Friday on my way to school. Most of the time I use the app which is very user friendly and very easy to use. It is my favorite fast food app.The best part is Roberto!!!! He is fast, he gets my order correct every time (and yes a change it up) and he is always in a good mood. He is a really nice man and he makes it is a great customer service experience to start my morning. Thank you Robert for turning my Sonic location around.

They’re very unprofessional. They have no manager. The supervisor white lady very rude. There workers are rude and racist. They have No employees and make you wait about 45 min for your food. WORST PLACE

There's a reason I stopped coming to this location. They're ALWAYS screwing up orders. I ordered a double cheeseburger with jalapeños, onions, lettuce and mustard. They burger I received had it COMPLETELY backwards. I came back up to the store, because they never answered their phone after calling for 10 minutes. Got here, told them the burger was made wrong. Gave it to them with the receipt. A girl came out TWICE to double-check what I said on the RECEIPT. Got a new burger, made wrong again, gave it back to them. New burger, AGAIN made wrong. I physically walked into the kitchen and called them out on doing their jobs correctly. Then, they started LAUGHING bc they thought it was funny. After about 15 minutes, I FINALLY got my burger. Be advised that they do not give a FUCK about your or your food here

Today I ordered online I’ve been waiting 15 mintues for my food . No one has came out to me no one is answering the intercom and when you call the store the phone is off the hook . The Hispanic man inside couldn’t understand me and no GM was on duty . I haven’t left because I placed it online and wanted a refund but was told I couldn’t get it no manager on duty . I’m here still waiting going on 25 mintues . If someone could please fix the situation I’m late to work now because of this unorganized staff . I had to exit my car and walk up and knock over and over until someone came this is bad I mean bad customer service for sonic .

They forgot the icing that goes with the cinasnacks (again), so an employee brought it out after we realized it was missing. When I got home and opened it the icing had separated and had an off smell/bad taste. I happened to check the expiration date and it expired back in August. Really concerns me about what else could be being overlooked if preservative filled icing had time to go bad and no one noticed...

This is the worst store ever the racist environmenthere the lack of keep up of this store holes where they can let in mice or bugs mold on equipment that clearly has not been cleaned the health department needs to be called asap this store needs to be shut the hell down the staff don't wash their hands especially the cooks who are making people food it is a matter of time before someone gets food Poison

The food was good, the burger was great, the tots? Seemed dry on somewhat stale? The speed of service was poor. The location was not that busy. My interaction with the car hop was middle if the road.
