My first time coming here my food took forever. I had actually pushed the red button to check on the status of my food when they finally brought my food. #7 with large chili cheese tots, just brought it out in their two individual containers, no tray or bag.
Second time here. First two stall order displays were not working. Third one wouldn’t let me pay via card. Car hop took my card to a fourth one and it wasn’t working. I pushed the red button on the third stall...read full review

Sonic Drive-In is under new management with a goal to enhance the customer experience. The restaurant offers a number one cheeseburger and slushies, but there have been issues with custom orders being incorrect, such as a cheeseburger with mayonnaise and ketchup when mustard was requested, and a Reese's blast with cherries instead of Reese's, which can be a problem for those with allergies. The staff has been described as unprofessional and slow, but some still enjoy the slushies and nostalgia of the establishment.
