Ari is a phenomenal server and we couldn’t stop complimenting her about her service! She has provided great service and she is 10/10, we would recommend her to anyone. Lex and Natalie love her dearly! We will be back just because of her.

The bar staff were rude and had zero customer service skills. The waiter was too busy bullshitting with the bar girls to take an order or make sure our drinks were good. It seemed like it was more their social hour versus the guests. Wish the quality of the staffs attitude matched the quality of their amazing food. Hope to see this place on the next Bar Rescue.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The service was poor from start to finish, and the staff came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping customers.

What should have been a simple dining experience turned into a frustrating one because of the lack of attentiveness, poor communication, and overall attitude from the team. Good food can be ruined by bad service, and unfortunately, that was the case here.

Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location. Management should seriously review the customer service standards at this restaurant, because the experience does not reflect well on the brand.

My experience was completely disappointing. We paid $18 for a beer that wasn't even properly cold. The drink prices are absolutely outrageous. The food is expensive too, but not nearly as overpriced as the drinks.

Even on a day when there wasn't a game on, the prices were incredibly high. A bill for just two beers ends up being around $36 to $40, which is absurd, even compared to other places in this area. I honestly don't know anywhere else around here that charges this much for a beer.

It simply isn't worth it. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be coming back.

We had an amazing time at Texas Live! watching the USA vs. Australia World Cup match. The atmosphere was electric, but what really made our experience exceptional was our server, Andy. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of, even during a packed event. His great attitude and outstanding service made the game even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Texas Live!, definitely ask for Andy—you won’t be disappointed!

I get taken care of everytime I come here! The staff is great and very friendly. Last couple of times I come have Rosie take care of me and she always makes sure me and my group are taken care of. Best place to grab something to eat and drink before and after the ranger game.
