I am writing to express my astonishment and disappointment at the behavior of Cheryl, an employee at your establishment. During my recent visit, I ordered a hazelnut mocha, extra hot, from Shelly, who consistently provides excellent customer service. However, while waiting for my order, I witnessed Cheryl failing to clean the wand after preparing multiple drinks. When I politely requested that she clean the wand, citing my experience as a former Starbucks employee, Cheryl became visibly upset and instructed Shelly to prepare my drink instead. Cheryl then proceeded to loudly state that she didn't care, making it clear that she was unconcerned with providing adequate service. I found this behavior to be unacceptable and spoke with the store manager about the incident. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and care, and I hope that corrective action will be taken to address this issue. I believe that this behavior is indicative of a broader problem in many establishments, where employees lack accountability and professionalism.

I love these guys! Every weekend i arrive to get shopping done and when I am finished I get coffee from this place, Shelly always knows what I want and even knows what my daughter wants. Great people, and I love the conversation. The drinks are aways on point. Great staff, and they make you feel like family and friends. Thank you and see you all next week!!

I scheduled a meeting at this location, not having visited here before. Starbucks Coffee and Kroger Marketplace are a perfect match for me, and that is why I drove out of my way to meet for business. I really like the ability to plug in our devices and connect to wifi. I was not disappointed with the way we were treated as we sat down to talk.The lady who took the order was very pleasant, and made sure we were happy with the order. After the meeting I looked around to notice how everything seemed neatly displayed. This Starbuck is in the same parking area as Petco, and not far from Fuzzy's Taco Shop, CVS Pharmacy. I will be back again for sure would recommend this location anytime.

I like this location! You do have to walk in for your order, but the staff are very friendly and diligent about getting orders out. Mobile orders are usually ready when I arrive. The staff were super helpful when I accidentally spilled my drink by giving me a ton of paper towels for my car and remaking the drink with a smile. Definitely recommend!

This! Starbucks is amazing, its located in a kroger off of pleasant ridge. The 2 wonderful young women there were so helpful and looked like they actually liked what they did. I asked for a simple iced coffee with heavy cream on top, not stired in and it was perfect. Made my morning, when im in town ill definitely be going back to this location!

THIS IS FOR THE STARBUCKS INSIDE OF THE KROGER:I walked up the empty register with my two little girls and we were greeted by fresh and kind faces. Cheryl and Leanne. We began asking about the different refreshers and they made little samples for us to taste. My daughters and I were so delighted! Cheryl and Leanne (but especially the former) were professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better customer service (or a tastier nectar on a hot summer's day). Hopefully this franchise possesses enough business acumen see the value of employees like these. 5out 5, highly recommend!
