It's not as bad as I thought tho. After reading the reviews I thought it's gonna be a very bad experience, BUT! hear me out, every time I go here, my experience gets better and better. I appreciate the hard of the baristas here, even tho they r students, they're trying to be good, and I appreciate that. I was unable to use my gift card here once when I was trying to purchase some of my favorite egg bites, it was so disappointing and bizarre.Anyway, the employees were friendly enough and and they have a decent amount of indoor seating and an exclusive outdoor patio with fenced in seating aswell.

9/14 I stopped by and ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, and was disappointed to find out it had way too much water. I had to get back to work, so I didn't have time to sit and wait for a remake. I came back yesterday, 9/15, and told the older woman what happened. She was a little gruff but went ahead and instructed a nearby employee to remake it. It was perfect when I got it. She did say they have new employees they're training, so I'm understanding of that.. but...
