This location needs to figure out a better way to call out peoples’ orders. I suggest with ticket NUMBERS instead of NAMES because someone took my order. It happened to another person too. That’s how orders get mixed up. The workers seem to not care and have no sense of urgency either. People were nice food was trash. I had high hopes ordering a bagel with cheese egg and sausage and unfortunately it was dry and lacked flavor. Overall the meal didn't come together. However the cold brew was pretty good and the workers were nice but service was a little slow.

Scammers! They charged my card with multiple transactions for 2 items. I ordered coffee and a cheese pizza bagel. They charged my card more than once and when confronted they blamed it on Chase and said they hadn't charged at all and that their registors log out automatically at 3 pm.
