I get that it's the campus Panera so it's going to be really busy, but god they were so slow. A girl ahead of me got a chicken Caesar salad with no chicken in it and had to ask for it. They said the reason for the crazy long wait was their registers were acting up, and the little kiosks you can order from were out of order as well. The $8 chicken salad sandwich I ordered has about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad in each half. It’s basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Not much value here. The chicken that’s on it tastes fine. The bread crust is chewy.

It has been the past 3 weeks they have stated that there coffee machine doesn’t work… I have the unlimited sip cup subscription, but yet they don’t have coffee.I honestly don’t think this is the case. I believe they stop making coffee at a certain time due to the upkeep, potent extra work.All other Panera Breads serve coffee throughout the day. Please can this particular location do the same?
