My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks on our morning walk.. and now we go as often as we can, thanks to Alexis! She is the true definition of a gem!! She is SOOO friendly, so sweet and happy to share a suggestion. When she’s off or busy, Ashton and Nikki are always so happy to help us as well! They are all so welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly! And it’s really just a great start to our day.

Most employees at the location in Tom Thumb refuse to add the zig zag chocolate syrup on top of whip cream for my Grande Cafe Mocha. They only do this if caramel drink. Have been told more than once "we don't do that here". Not sure what "here" means but it's been done to my mochas since Starbucks came to DFW. I just happened to notice with a rude, heavy set female employee syrup missing. She said it's already in drink. Blew me away!

This location is a good one. The drive through line often takes a bit longer than some other locations but there staff is usually pretty cool and nice. They hire some real characters (characters in a good way). :-)
