I figured out why the parking lot is always empty. Those kiosks are a joke. I will say the shake was good once I fought my way through the kiosk, actually the third kiosk since the first two didn't work, but then it was topped off with a Paper straw. OUT
45 minutes in the drive thru line. 20 after i paid. never gave an explanation as to the wait. There weren't that many cars in the line nor in the parking lot. They finally brought the wrong order. Got a refund and left. Wow
literally waited an hour for free fries bc they originally took forever on my order and they never came out with the free fries
