I didn't really like this location; they do things a tad bit different from the one closest to my neighborhood - like no refill on the large popcorn (and the large was smaller than the SMG we normally frequent).

We tried to see a movie here today but I wasn’t even able to fully sit because of how dirty the seat was. We thought about moving seats but after looking around, it looked like not a single chair or tray was cleaned. There was trash and spills left everywhere, the floor was sticky, and it stunk so bad we had to leave and get a refund.

The food staff must have passed in front of my seat over 15 times, throughout the movie. It was VERY distracting.There are too many cinemas that have better sound, vibrating seats and better food. If you want to have a good movie experience and better food, I suggest that you go elsewhere.

The food is terrible,expensive and small for the price. 15% Tip on anything you order. 2 for 30 Ordered the chicken and waffles. Two store bought waffles and 3 small tenders. The waffles were dry and too sweet and the chicken tenders were fried hard. The DR. Pepper was water down. 5$ for the box of M&M for dessert. The price was 75$ The tray that we had to eat on was dirty. Had to clean it off myself.

Very predatory behavior here. This server tried to charge my kid for an adult meal…he’s 7. I asked for a kids cheese pizza, sweet tea, and fries. Also needed a ramekin of cheese because my ballpark nachos were super dry. NEVER been charged for a side cheese but the second server…blonde girl with glasses charged me for a small queso as if I asked for chips and queso. Thankfully I got my entire receipt corrected. Watch out for these servers because they’ll try to overcharge so that automatic 18% gratuity tip can be super high. Another problem is the servers not giving back all your change. Went to see sinners and was suppose to get $2.92 back in change but the server only gave us back $2. They’re pocketing extra change like they don’t already get tipped. I see we’ll need to start visiting a different movie place because this one is getting out hand. I also ordered a lemon drop with absolute vodka. Realized it tasted like water and simple syrup so I went down to the bar and asked it to be remade. Apparently they ran out of absolute vodka so why would you charge me for an alcoholic drink with NO alcohol. Thankfully the bartender remade it with grey goose instead. This place needs to be investigated immediately

This is a horrible location. It was very difficult to finding parking and when I did it was at the very back of the lot by Collins St. Whoever is responsible for cleaning does not do a good job. The non carpeted floors were sticky from the lobby to theater 6. Seat C6 is clearly broken yet they let people pay to sit in it. The recliner was stuck outward and crooked. Seat C4 the leather is extremely cracked. I had to go back to the front and get a seat change out of C6. It was cold, clammy, and the tables on the recliners were not cleaned. It also smelled bad in there. I brought my daughter to see a movie for her birthday today so I'm pretty disappointed that it wasn't a comfortable experience. I most definitely won't be going back to that location.
I've been to this theater 3 times and I've enjoyed each time. The chairs are super comfortable. The food is good and the drinks are definitely worth the price!

Service was overwhelming. We booked for Sinners for the 8 oclock show. Soon as we sat down servers were rushing in taking orders & we got our food 30 seconds later w/o the movie eating starting. Movie didn’t come on until about 8:20- 8:30… food was already gone. I wanted to eat while I at least could watch previews & not just look at a grey screen. I asked for a chicken nacho, with xtra meat, queso, & pico which i did not get. They still had the nerve to charge me for everything.

WARNING!! i dont recommend going to studio movie grill so basically im watching this scary movie right then boom i look to my left its a long fat white rat running around i told my auntie and my couin then the damn manger acting all calm and shit like my heart didn’t just drop to the floor then he gave us a free movie, discounts, & more but thats besides the point dont go there or you gon get bit by a rat.
