After work i stopped by and got some grub at subway, lashonda was very polite and had great customer service, she said it was only her 4th day on the job but was doing absolutely amazing. she’s the reason i’ll be back.

I stopped by Subway recently and was helped by Valerie, and I just have to say she made my whole experience so much better! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she actually cares about the customers! She greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving fast without rushing anyone.

Last two times I have been to this location has been very disappointing.
Employees don't read instructions and they are rude when you come get your order. last 2 orders have been messed up and they won't ever correct it. Go to the location on Matlock and Arbrook or better yet Go to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse if you want a real sub.
