Rice was burnt or uncooked, hard to tell which. Tortillas were lightly warmed. Sodas have way too much foam. I understand it was rush hour but if you're giving people attitude; you best be a regular Speedy Gonzales.i don't mind waiting, I do mind when I'm treated as extra work.

It took more than 20 minutes to get my order ready . but first I had an ordeal because the person who served me was rude and impolite and when I asked to speak to the manager the manager told me that he had many orders to attend to and that he couldn't talk to me .That seems to me to be in very bad taste and this is not how you serve a customer. I do not recommend this place and I will not return to any Taco Bell.

My husband ordered for him and I since I'm sick, he ordered mine with no meat and specified to the person taking the order 3 times to not give me the vegan cheese sauce. Both of our meals had vegan cheese. It tastes TERRIBLE! The new vegan cheese is truly the worst. The first time we were accidentally given it i thought it was the normal cheese sauce gone rancid. I'm giving three stars because it REALLY depends on whose working with what kind of expirence you'll get.
Always gets something wrong every single time the male manager does the drive through order its like he doesn't even know the food he's serving one time I went inside and I knew he was making my order I order a chicken Chipotle melt and he was making something completely wrong so I was I called to him he said give me a min and when he gave it to me I told him it was wrong and he kept saying it was I rechecked and everything and it completely wrong and he just couldn't admit I asked an another employee if this looks like a chicken Chipotle melt and he obviously said no I just left took so long just go get it wrong looks like the regular employees know more than the manager he NEEDS to listen to the customers more its just sad at this point its like they should of never rebuilt it after it burn down straight up got worst truly don't recommend

Says “Open daily” 7am-2am. Its 8:20am…it’s closed….Put a sign or something we got orders to pick up. It would be greatly appreciated if the taco bell employees would put a sign on that door instead of hide in the back. That’s just laziness.

Needs to update their business hours, their hours say they're open at 7am. I was up there trying to get breakfast on my way to work, and no one was there at 7:45. I was trying to give them another chance since my first encounter wasn't pleasant with their service

As usual the food was good The lettuce was fresh, chicken gordita supreme You can't go wrong, or any kind of chicken soft taco beef to it's all good, I don't think there's anything that they have on the menu that I don't like.
