My son and I stopped by to have a soft taco and a burrito, the food was exceptional. I would recommend that the store operators make sure the heat temperature for food safety are at the highest temperature required. We ate inside the lobby so there's no reason why our food should have came out cold. The staff was friendly but service was mid.

I picked up a drive through order placed through the app. The young lady who assisted me was pleasant, neat, friendly, and professional. She explained that the drink I'd selected from the menu was not one they carry. She kindly gave me other close options. The order was accurate, it came out quickly, and the meal was tasty and warm.

Last night around 10:30 PM, my fiancé visited the drive-thru and ordered nacho fries. Unfortunately, when we received the order, the fries appeared to be the remnants from the bottom of the bag. They were hard and only warm, while the cheese was hot, making the overall quality of the fries quite disappointing.

as an avid taco bell lover, my experience with the staff working at 12:30 on 05/23 was very disappointing. they did not roll up my cheesy roll ups correctly, and we waited 30 minutes for them. also, the dr pepper had no dr pepper, essentially ruining my dining experience. also, my nacho cheese sauce was left out of the bag, causing my cheesy roll ups to get cold as i waited for someone to correct the mistake. also, the restaurant was empty, going no valid reason for these failures. please do better.

SLOW SLOW SLOW… my gosh i ordered 2 things and it takes way too damn long (20 minutes) to get my food. They prioritize drive thru customers WAYYY better. just a bunch of classless people who don’t know how to balance and manage time for the people who are dining in/taking out.
Went thru, got the wrong order, went thru a second time in order to replace it and got the wrong order again. Went thru a third time, reordered the order and finally got it right. Lady at the window wouldn't even look at me.

Ordered a cheesy Gordita , nachos with no tomatoes and a burrito no onions. The cheesy Gordita had a tiny strip inside, it was mostly nothing to it!!! I buy them once every 2 weeks so I know it was wrong. The nachos has lots of tomatoes and the burrito had onions. I called the store and they didn’t answer! IM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED.
