They didn't have anything fried. They wouldn't let me substitute a fried item for something else so I could still get the combo I wanted forcing me to choose an entirely different meal. All of the food I was able to order was dry.

My husband came into the store to get our order fixed and around 8:10pm he began waiting to be helped. He didn’t receive any service till 8:25pm.When they took our order, the 3 guys on shift proceeded to speak in another language and stare at my husband and laugh at him. While my husband was waiting they were staring at him and did not approach him at all for 15-20 minutes.This is so stupid and disgusting treatment and service.

They messed my order up so I went in to get it fixed. I waited for 20 minutes while being stared at like nothing was a issue. Finally someone asked and I told them 3 taxos were wrong and also asked if they can cut a chicken casodilla more as it wasnt cut. The dude said yeah and he took the food. And then talked in a different language and gestured at it, which was really rude as I know he was saying something about it behind my back thinking I wasn't listening. And a few of the workers laughed then looked at me. This was VERY DISRESPECTFUL AS I CLEARLY CAN SEE WHAT THEY WERE SAYING.

This location is almost an insult to society .. ordered door dash from this location 4 times and they have never gotten an order correct. I’ve been in the service industry for over 13 years .. had to drive to the location after drop off of our .. again .. wrong order. Had a kid tell me he “didn’t like my vibe” and the manager just toss the bag of (once again, wrong order) away on the floor and tell me to contact DoorDash .. meanwhile the kid behind the counter was worried about the doors being locked. Absolute TRASH. Drive through lines are absurd and the staff has absolutely no costumer service skills what so ever ??. Good luck yall!

Everything about my order was normal, but my cinnamon twists have a really bad after taste like as if it’s old or expired in some way. And the tostada in the Crunchwrap is “gummy” instead of crunchy. This is possibly because I got it at night because during the day there aren’t any mistakes. Only at night is when they make mistakes in my orders. In my experience

Nobody greeted us as customers the workers were using a vape inside the store and a worker was sleeping in the dining area. My son asked if they were hiring and they ignored him my brother asked for no sour cream which he is allergic to and they still put it on his food and said it was to late to change it. Will not go back to this location

Every time I come to this taco bell. The people over the intercom is always laughing, claiming that their system is down. It's like I come here at least once a week and every single time on a different day, Different times yes it's in the evening. But nobody systems goes down that often!!! I swear I feel like there's kids in there. That just do not wanna do their job.

Well, i ordered online thru the app. Paid and proceeded to the restaurant. The app said,"we've received your order" so as i pull up, no one is in the parking lot, no one is in line, ghost town...As I'm going thru the drive thru the lights at the speaker where you order are all off, so thinking they're closing i hurried to the window.. As i pull up the young lady at the window looked surprised and puzzled. I informed her I'd my online order and she's asked,"for who?".I told her my name, she closed the window and went to the back. A few minutes later, she returns and says,"ok, but next time you have to stop at the speaker"....????Not a person in sight inside or out and she's upset because i didn't tell her about my order at the speaker, which was dark and i missed it..i don't get it... If it were really busy i understand....smhWon't return...

Worst place to eat on earth the girls there are laughing at the drive thru and not taking my order I had to wait 5 minutes to take my order and when I paid for it they said it was closed due to maintenance even after I paid and the girls was sitting and staring at me like I did something wrong. I don’t recommend going there.
