Went with a mobile order in place, two veggie boxes late night. Went through the drive thru and realized I was missing some items. Pulled into the lobby and was treated with fresh food to make up for the missing items
Straight trash. The food was just thrown together and the lady that took my order acted like she didn't know what I was ordering. Then after I placed my order, they told me thaley didn't have what I wanted until I got to the window.

Uber messed up on our order, only gave us one bag. Drove to Taco bell and told them I was missing 2 orders, Tina the night Manager spoke to me with good customer service, polite ,respectful. She also approached me with a smile and calmed the situation immediately upon contact with me.
