Ask for lettuce. Get charged for lettuce. Get home and have no lettuce. This is why I go once a year. That’s about how long it takes for me to forget they can’t get an order right!
they cannot get orders correct. can't get ahold of them and try to fix. they don't answer phones. GM won't call back. just complete incompetence.
Just went through the drive through and ordered the new large ultimate Nachos. She ask what kind of hot sauce not once but twice. I told her twice the fire roasted hot sauce. I get home and not one container of hot sauce in the bag! This happens all the time at this location or if you ask for fire roasted they act like it makes them mad!!
