It was 2 weeks before an event when the breakfast taco provider backed out because we might have to delay due to rain. I reached out for recommendations and Taqueria Saltillo was mentioned many times. Event was delayed a month and Taqueria Saltillo was still able to provide. Moved from Los Angeles, and searched for years trying different restaurants for that authentic Mexican food. Absolutely love this place, still growing its business but you can't beat the food here.

Wanted Birria tacos and while I should’ve went to Tic Taco, I ended up at Taqueria Saltillo! Should’ve went with my first thought! The service was great, quick, and friendly. The atmosphere was great and very clean! I wish nothing but the best and success to the owner.I do unfortunately have to say the birria tacos were too greasy, tortilla in my opinion should’ve been a little toasted and the consommé was not good at all!
