I always read reviews before going to new place and that was my mistake This time I did not read the reviews because of how hungry I was. Don’t bother going here
I asked for large jollof and chicken. I got one piece of chicken in a large plate of Jollof
I also ordered fried rice and beef and I specifically asked if there was going to be more beef than a small plate. The server said yes of course
When I opened my takeout, over seasoned fried rice and two pieces of meat that were too hard to chew . I regret spending $50 on crap in this place.

DONT EAT HERE!!! Thought the meal was going to be delicious. But I was unfortunately disappointed. The portion size was small, the jolloff rice was bland, gave us all drum sticks, waited an hr for overpriced meal," SPENT $50 FOR 2 MEALS" employees didn't know how to print off receipts, nothing on the menu was available. Worst african food I ever had. NEVER EAT HERE.

As a fellow Nigerian and someone who has been to many establishment this was just poor. If you’re looking to get not a full plate this is the spot. What I got was not even enough for a toddler ( 2 year old) you’re gonna get little to no real meat or egusi eith baby meat and tiny ball on pounded yam even on a “large “ plate which can only feed a small small child . It won’t even be enough for 1 severing .

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY- to many good places that won’t short your meals for the cost.

Service: 4 stars! I had a really great experience with the staff, they were friendly, I took a star off because they forgot an item on my order

Food: 3 stars. I ordered beef egusi (and fufu) and plantain. The egusi was skimpy and pretty spicy. The beef definitely seemed old and/or overcooked. The plantain... maybe it's just a taste preference for me but it wasn't very sweet and too soft for me.

I ordered food from this restaurant through door dash, on 05-10-2024, waited for almost 2 hours, the driver called me that he got there and they didn't have what I ordered. I was very hungry. If I could rate a zero review, I would.
Bad customer service experience for a first time order. Anyways door dash refunded my money.

Great food always fresh, good customer service as well. I've been dinning here even before they relocated and the quality of the food and service is still great.

Now I understand why people request zero or no star option for reviews. One star is way to much for how horrible this lady’s customer service is. I read reviews of bad customer service but ok food, so I decided to still try it anyways. Mistake! The horrible customer services and rudeness was beyond what I expected. This lady has ZERO phone etiquette, and seemed mad that I was ordering a lot of food. My friend said the lady owns the restaurant, but I’m finding that hard to believe. She looked like a sad human being that did not want to be there. It’s hard to put in words how rude and sad she was.Now for the food, it was horrible. The chicken and Suya taste like pure salt; it’s not edible at all. I don’t understand how someone will taste that and still sell it? The egusi and jollof is bad but edible. Meat pie does not look or taste like meat pie either. Please take your money somewhere else. Never will I ever go to this place again.

This was my first time eating Nigerian Food and I was excited. I researched a few places, but decided this was the one I will try first. I ordered the regular size chicken with jollof rice. I've heard so much about it that I was ready to have my 1st experience. I also ordered the grilled tilapia. As I waited in the dining area I noticed there was alot of flies flying around. At 1st I wanted to dine inside but with all those flies I knew it would be impossible to enjoy the meal. When I received the food I was kinda surprised to only see one chicken drumstick so I asked how many were included with the large order and I was told 2 drumsticks. 2 drumsticks and some rice for $19 is not suitable in price. So now on to eating. The jollof rice was mediocre to say the least ,but the sauce over the chicken was just ok. The Talapia was not pleasing at all to me. The first reason was is was too, too spicy. I like spicy food but this was on a whole other level. I may be new to Nigerian food but not to other countries in Africa's food. And over all the Talapia didn't taste like talapia to me. So this was not a pleasant experience for me. Maybe they had an off day or I just need to try another Nigerian restaurant.
