The service was horrible, the servants looked like they were uninterested in attending us even after we found a hair in the food. management was even worse.

Went there on Saturday 7/9/22. We sat there 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order and ordered an appetizers at the time. 2 of the 5 drinks came out 5 minutes later and 10 minutes after that 1 appetizer which was cold. Then I realized why the parking lot looked bare for a Saturday evening. Both Arlington TGIF need to do better. Use to be one of my wife's favorite restaurants.

We just left!! Took husband for a bday lunch and was greatly DISAPPOINTED! Though I could complain about our wait at the hostess stand, I will jump to our food. My husband's wings were rubbery as if they were microwaved and his loaded chips were cold, to say the least, my food was brought out after 40 mins, after I decided to leave. I didn't have a side item or my house salad that I ordered. No apologies, nothing to make up for the total waste of time, nothing. I am very disappointed, and still hungry. UNREAL!

Our current administration has truly ruined our hospitality industry. I don't want to make this statement political. But I ate at this restaurant today, June 22, 2022, and was both impressed and unimpressed. There was literally one person, one person running the entire restaurant. He was greeting the customers, seating them, bringing their water and their drinks, taking their order, bringing their food, checking on them throughout the meal, taking their payment and checking them out. I remember during the pandemic going to another restaurant and the hostess telling us they only had six booths available because they were understaffed. The gentlemen at this TGI Fridays that waited on us and everyone else in the restaurant did not limit the amount of customers or the amount of seating area in the restaurant. He was a Spanish man who wore the clothes of a head cook or a chef. If he was the manager, I want to praise this restaurant and this gentleman. If he was not the manager then the true manager of this restaurant needs to be fired immediately. I will say that the service, though slow, was still pretty good and the food, though slightly cold, was also pretty good, since it was cooked by the hostess, the server, the chef, the bus boy and the cashier. God bless that gentleman that in charge of this restaurant today. I only gave you 3 stars because of the situation this man was left in, as for as the gentleman himself, I give him 5 stars! If anyone from the corporate office reads this, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Came in Monday 6/20 at 2:45 pm, sat at a booth in the bar area for a good 15 mins, and nothing. No one came out, never even saw the bartender. So I'm going down the street to wings and daiquiris now. Too many other options at not have good customer service.

Servers were great. Bldg old and outdated. Sat us in booth were fabric was torn and ratty. Only three tables had people and still took 30 minutes for a hamburger.

Going to TGIFriday was a blessing in surprise. We went one Sunday after church. It was not to busy. The server was excellent. He kept the Texas Ice Cold flowing. He made several suggestion on food options. His suggestion was on point. The ribs platter was a great choice. I will be returning again.Features: The young ladies were trying to sanitized as fast as possible with customer coming in.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! If I could post and give zero stars I would. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a TGI FRIDAY! The level of service horrible, the staff horrible. No coordination what so ever. Food came out when they felt like delivering it. A group of people and everybody eating at different times. Customers trying to get their own drinks because of the lack of service. Ready to leave had to wait an extreme amount of time just to get my bill??‍♀️Straight trash!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE????????

Idk what's worse. Starving or dying of thirst. We got here and got seated. Took about 30 minutes to put our order for an appetizer and drinks. We'll another 30 minutes later we finally got our appetizer. Yet no drinks. Now we're here trying not to choke on our food. They took forever to get our drinks and food in. And don't even let me get started on our refills that we never got. Horrible service and the food quality isn't all that

Didn't even eat here. Walked in to two completely uninterested hostesses. No greeting, no smile, just said 20-25 minute wait and then stared at us. We were like...ok...do you want a name? They seemed surprised we wanted to stay. We waited about 5 minutes before deciding not to wait. The restaurant was probably 25% full so we were like..something is wrong here. When leaving we commented to them that it seemed strange the wait time and nobody was there. They said the kitchen was backed up...??? This place sucks. Don't go there...they shouldn't be in business anymore.

It's hit and miss here. It's been good for awhile, but for the past couple of months we have been seated at the tiniest table, then promptly ignored by the wait staff. Today we tried. The restaurant is maybe half full, and we were told 30 minute wait. I think we will not be back for awhile. Tired of being treated as a nuisance.
