The food was great as always as was our server Nicole. Unfortunately, the hostess was not very good at her job and caused a lot of frustration. She took our group of 6, one of whom is handicapped and 3 of whom are elderly to a booth. When I explained that we needed a table because it would be too difficult for them to scoot into the booth she told us that we would have to wait 15 minutes for a different server. I asked her if we could just move across the aisle to the table two...
The waitress seemed to not be able to handle the amount of tables she had. Took way, too long to order. Then it took forever for my main dish to come out. By the time she brought it I told her to bring a togo box please. We had been there way too long considering it wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately.

We usually go there at least 2 or 3 times a month... I personally have been to Cheesecake Factory in 10 different states and it is ALWAYS amazing... Food is very consistent, staff is very friendly and competent and place is really AFFORDABLE! Lol... Great job Cheesecake Factory ppl!...
An update: still love it, however one complaint I'd have is that waiters never clear tables after we finish our meal and there are always side plates, dirty silverware left, empty...
