Freshly baked sourdough brad with ham, spring mix, locally sourced goat cheese, beer onions, thinly sliced apples and raspberry jam. It may sound crazy, but believe us, its amazing!
B.L.A.T Sandwich
A funky twist on a classic BLT, made even better with avocado and a light schmear of cream cheese jalapeño jam on our fresh sourdough.
Hatch Pimento Sandwich
Homemade hatch green chile pimento cheese toasted on our freshly baked sourdough.
Hot Pastrami Sandwich
Layered pastrami on sourdough with a homemade spread of artichoke, spinach, and parmesan all toasted to perfection.
Chicken Salad Sandwich
Fresh baked croissant piled high with our signature chicken salad featuring sweet grapes and toasted almonds for a little crunch. It's dairy and sugar free so to stick to your Paleo, Whole30, Dairy-Free, or Sugar-Free life, just ask for it on a bed of lettuce.
Basic Bee Sandwich
For everyone else (or if the other sandwich ingredients scare you), this is your sandwich. We layer up smoked turkey and gouda on our sourdough accented with a special honey mustard schmear, spring mix, and sliced heirloom tomatoes (basically, it's delicious).
The Boot
Our take on a traditional Italian. Fresh sourdough with smoked turkey, cappicola, salami, muenster & cheddar cheeses, greens, tomatoes, pickles, olives, pepperoccinis, mayo, mustard, italian dressing & hot pepper spread all toasted to perfection!

A special so special it turned into a permanent addition! Smoked turkey, havarti cheese, greens, and blueberry mayo on our house-made sourdough.*
Flight of the Bee
This is a sampling of our faves served as a flight of dips: chicken salad, hatch pimento cheese, and artichoke-spinach-parmesan spread (from the hot pastrami sandwich), with sliced sourdough and kettle chips for dippin'! Perfect for someone who loves a little bit of everything!

The panini's are divine. Loved every inch of my sandwich! Service is excellent, I was escorted to my vehicle with the lunch order I picked up! Highly recommend The Hive and SugarBees :)

Simple and clean. Staff was really nice and accommodating with recommendations. Quiet atmosphere to do work at. Cute shops and restaurants that are all walkable from there. I was able to do a casual walk around before leaving.

We've eaten at The Hive several times and found most sandwiches decent, though the thin bread often falls apart and chip portions are minimal. The dining area lacks ventilation, so you leave smelling of smoke, a problem that's persisted for years. Expect to pay about $20 per person for a sandwich and drink. Customer service is lacking, yet tipping is still encouraged.
