It was a pleasant experience that I was never expecting. I enjoyed my food, I had some amazing drinks, and I felt that my waiter was attentive and more than superior for the job. I definitely would love to return again in the near future.
I recently dined at your restaurant and wanted to share some feedback. Overall, the service was attentive and the food was enjoyable. However, I noticed that some servers were not fully knowledgeable about the menu or how certain dishes were prepared, which made it difficult to get clear answers to our questions. More importantly, we unfortunately found a piece of plastic in one of the dishes we ordered. While mistakes can happen, I was surprised that the situation was not addressed...
There was a large table nearby that was quite loud. Unfortunately, out server, Austin, was the server for that table as well. Looked to be a corporate dinner and the more they drank, the louder they were. Austin was so busy with table that he was not living up to the level of service I have come to expect at The Keg. Bread arrived - no bread plates Asked for extra butter for bread and had to remind him a couple of times before he finally brought it. Someone other than our server...
