Ordered a burger and fried pickles for pickup via UberEats at 6:45 PM. The hours posted on Chop House’s Google page and UberEats both said they are open until 8 PM. Arrived to pick up my order at 6:45 PM, and before I could get out of my truck, they turned the lights off and closed. They never notified me they were closing early, wouldn’t answer the door, and did not refund my order. I had to escalate through Uber Eats. Absolutely horrible, I consider them thieves.

I’m not a fan of burgers but I had the chop house burger and I loved it. Wish I could’ve took before and after pics. Definitely would recommend giving it a try.

Original Chop House Diners, Drive Inn and Dives Quality is preserved in Chop House Version 2. Great Tasting Burger with Brisket Beef and Bacon. Fresh Onion Rings and hand cut fies round out the experience.

I see they had a family emergency and had to rush to the hospital and that's why they were closed today. The bad part is, I've been by 4 other times over the past several months between noon and 3pm and every time they were closed. Unlike the person giving them 1 star I'll just give the 3.
I have never eaten there but I have met a very pleasant gentleman at the hardware store across the street and he invited me to eat there. I couldn't that day because I had blood work to do the next day. Since then, every time I have had time, it's closed and locked.
Who knows, maybe they'll be open next time I check?

Website says open...nope, closed. Must not have been all that!
Definitley worth the detour off the interstate. The original chop burger is amazing, great flavor and the bacon was cooked perfectly. But the onion rings ...omg...best I've ever had.

Please do not go to this business!! First, the professionalism was horrible. The owner didn’t offer us drinks when he came to get our order we had to tell him. Secondly he said I would get my military discount and he tried to relate to me because he was in the same branch. He gave me my total I asked if that included the military discount. Come to find out after leaving, my coworker paid less than me as a regular civilian. The dishonesty is what killed it for me, don’t lie to me to gain a buck you’ve lost future customers behind that. I WILL spread the word!!
Got food from here two times, food was good. The other times I attempted to get food customer service SUCKED. Nobody picked up the phone & they closed earlier than what the time says they do. I tried to call in my order around 6:30-6:45pm, nobody picks up the phone. I live in the area so I drove up there & they said they’re not taking anymore orders because they have already started cleaning up the kitchen at 7pm but the restaurant not supposed to close until 8. The next time I tried to get food from here I pulled in the parking lot at 7:15pm. I’m greeted at the door by someone that was CLEARLY DRUNK, slurring his words saying that they were closed. Will not be returning to this restaurant anymore. Too bad they had a good food but very poor customer service.
The burger was hot not cold very good must try again next time with fries
We were here for a Saturday late lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant with the exception of the one employee working the front and back of the house. He was very nice. When we got here we nocied the name on the door and painted on the wall was Mahogany’s Chop House Burgers. So it is not the original owners who were featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. They still have the signature chop house burger. Something seems to be going on here. They were out of several menu items, the burgers did not come with all of the ingredients listed on the menu, and no one else was there. Maybe we came at a bad time, but don't order the fried pickles.
We went in 1 month ago on a Saturday at five. One employee in the whole place and one other customer. Women’s restroom was nasty and had no toilet paper. I fortunately had a Kleenex with me. Then no water, soap or paper towels. Employee directed me to men’s restroom on opposite side of building but no soap in that bathroom. He told me he had turned on the water in women’s restroom. I used my hand sanitizer and asked if there was soap and water in the kitchen as I now was worried about the food preparation. I was assured there was soap in the kitchen. And then there was the menu. No onion rings, no salad, no tomatoes, no liquor, beer, no soft drinks. We got Chophouse burgers and water. Ugh! Don’t care if the management has changed and don’t believe these other 5 star reviews. Won’t be back.
