What a beautiful gem tucked in a fabulous Antique Store! The food is amazing, stopped in today to get Soup & Bread Pudding for a sick friend. Fast & easy. The lady that took my order was so nice & another lady asked if I needed to be seated while I was hardly waiting. Can’t wait to return with my girlfriends & family. The perfect place in a great location!

We planned to go to the Arlington antique warehouse and assumed the restaurant there was not something we would be interested in eating at. That was a very bad assumption as our party of two couples greatly enjoyed our lunch. The cost for the food quality was 5-star.The service was also very good. The food quality was good and there was pretty good variety. The ambiance was 4-star.This is a hidden gem inside this antique warehouse.

Cute Hideaway at the back of an antique mall. Food is awesome, service is great, prices are reasonable, then you get to browse the mall alllll the way back up to the front of the store! Highly recommend you try it!

This place is absolutely amazing. Just the amount of stuff packed in here properly in glass cases. But the tea room (in the far right corner when you walk in) has great food all the way down to the muffin. I had the california club, it was perfect. Got the fruit medley on the side, every piece was on point. Came with a lemon poppyseed muffin slight crisp outside moist and soft inner. And I had the strawberry mango unsweetened iced tea was rally good. I can really see coming out here every Sunday and having a nice lunch here. Must try.

Delicious lunch, home made at the right price! This is what I imagine eating lunch at a restaurant might have been like decades ago. The meal was made with love and you can tell, everything is so fresh and perfect. The jelly, the fruit, everything was at its best. The plates they use are so pretty. Highly recommend for any reason. Also liked the mix of shops around.

3 met for lunch and was seated at 11:45. We waited a bit to order. The order arrived 15 min later. However, we could not get the waitress to refill teas. BTW tea was delicious. The food so-so. The fruit cup was warm but good dressing. Cream of cauliflower soup was good and hot when it arrived. My cheese steak sandwich was dry and had deli sliced roast beef which was very salty. Chicken salad was ok but looked like it was from a restaurant supplier and not freshly made. Lastly, we could not get the waitress’s attention to get refills of tea or even get our check. So much was left to be desired. I understand the shortage of workers But good food and service matter.

Far back corner of the Antique Mall. Great prices for the amount of food you get. I had the half tuna sandwich & lasagna soup, both were very flavorful & came with fresh fruit & a muffin. Our server was very attentive. When one of the other ladies mentioned some food allergies, our server took the time to go over what would work best for her & how to modify it to work for her. We had a group of 8 & food came out quickly & fresh.

The Tin Tulip is a cute tearoom in an antique mall. The servers are really kind and gave great recommendations for tea. We got the high tea which is a pretty good value for a whole pot of tea and assortments of tea sandwiches, scones, and fruit. The clotted cream was amazing and the scones were really good with it. The cucumber sandwiches were great but one of the sandwiches was a sweet chicken type sandwich that was too weird of a mix of sweet and savory. We even had enough to take some food home so the portions were generous. You can't get high tea for a better price anywhere!

I have 2 dear friends celebrating their birthdays. They wanted to visit the tea room. My late husband was English so we like tea rooms. I made a reservation 3 days ahead. When we arrived there were empty tables but no one seating anyone. We waited 20 minutes before a thin blonde came to the front. I told her we had a reservation. She told me she did not care. She seated several other people and then asked me if we were going to stay. She was the most rude and obnoxious person I have met working in a restaurant. She mumbled curses at .me under her breath. Then she walked off. She was gone another 10 minutes. She came back and said "oh are you staying?". Her arrogance and rude abuse knew no bounds. We stayed because the other ladies wanted to stay. The food they ordered was good but I ordered a "high tea*. I saw another table with a high tea that was full. My High tea was a scone 4 small pieces of sandwich, a poppy seed muffin and a cup of fruit. Certainly not worth the price paid. That added to the obnoxious abusive attitude of the staff made it a place we for sure will not return. I suppose they think they are the only tea room in Arlington but there are several. This one is not worth re-visiting.
