I purchased an Acai Bowl, went home to eat it and discovered it was covered in Nutella chocolate sauce. I cannot eat chocolate and did NOT order it. Due to my work hours, I was not able to return to the store 5 days later (with the bowl). Manager Jaemie would not replace it because it had been too long. Showed no compassion: just "no, can't do it". Explained my work situation but didn't care, he said "everybody works, can't help you." Very unhappy that a company like this won't...read full review
I have been to several tropical smoothies and this was my first time at this one. I went in to order food and he was preparing food with some plastic gloves on and then he came to help me and didn’t take them off. He proceeded to touch the computer with them and then when I was about to tell him what I wanted, he touched his face with the gloves and was continuing to just touch the computer. That was the end for me. That is completely unsanitary and I will not eat here ever!
