Waited over 20 minutes for a smoothie, while the workers just walked around ignoring me. After I got my smoothie it was the wrong type. Rather drive all the way to Smoothie King than have to go through this again. Place really needs to check their management and staff asap.

And, to think, I thought they ONLY sold smoothies! First time in (recommended by a friend) and was shocked by the menu!
I got chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread (yummy) AND the PB & banana flatbread (WOW!)! Both were delicious! You know what I DIDN’T get?? A SMOOTHIE!!! I genuinely spaced! Young gentleman behind the counter offered me a water when he saw I had no drink. So kind! I was waiting for my ride and they didn’t give me grief for “hanging out”. Very kind! 😍

It is June 29 at 4:10…I didn’t get anything here but I was here to pick up a door dash. And the young ladies that were working LITERALLY kept looking at me and walking past me without assisting me! I was standing in line behind another family and when they got done with the family I stepped up and she completely walked away!

Tried to order online WAS CHARGED 2 TIMES and still showed declined and got nothing? Tried to call and no one replies, horrible customer service

When you request the smoothie with the most coconut, please don't sugar coat it. Either you have one or not, plain and simple. Bahama mama is nowhere near this. Don't just say it is to get a sale.
