The prices are beyond reasonable and the food is cooked once ordered so it's always really fresh. I've never ever had a bad experience here“

“Me and my family stopped by a few nights ago and Alyssa was our server. She was really friendly from the moment we sat down and checked on us the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and has a great attitude.The food took a little longer than expected and wasn’t the best I’ve had, but Alyssa’s service honestly made the experience a lot better. She stayed positive, kept us updated, and made sure we had everything we needed.It’s not often that I leave reviews, but I wanted to mention her because good customer service like that is hard to find. I hope Waffle House keeps hiring people like Alyssa because she definitely made us want to come back.“

“Ok, this is what happened 😳 I actually thought I was going to the Waffle House near Glade Street in Euless. However, we ended up at the one near Bayers Street(?!@). Needless to say, it wasn't half bad visiting with my sister. Our food was served cold, but our waiter JJ was such a doll 😋. She made sure we got a new order 🔥. Never knew WH didn't have microwaves...wow. After all that, we got to enjoy our meal in the end. Thanks a bunch 🐼“
