My boyfriend and I usually go to this location, but tonight, service was horrible. We walked in and the employees weren’t even trying to help us. We ordered very specifically from the kiosk, and they never gave us our condiments (which were put in our order) nor did they give us our drinks without ice, like we requested. As I was waiting for my order 3/21/2021 @ 6ish pm, the gentleman manning the drink station took a few pieces of ice with his bare hand out of the bucket below where drinks are filled. He proceeded to rub the ice with his right hand onto his left elbow. Then tossed it back into the container of ice and took the ice scooper and mixed it into the other ice. Then he played with the ice a little with his bare hand. What in the world??!!
Found a candy wrapper in my bag this evening so I immediately called the store.
The MOD this evening laughed saying the staff doesn't eat candy. my response was you don't know what your staff does behind your back and asked for her email to send a pic and asked for corporates . I immediately discarded our entire order and found another location to eat at.
