All employees doin nothing standing around on their phones. What they need to be doing is keeping the dang dinning area clean. It was a mess !!! Won't be goin back !!

Instead of working the employees are outside hanging out 25 minutes before they close. Probably my 4th time I’ve been within 30 minutes of closing and there never working. 10/7/25

They got a few things wrong, like tea was supposed to be unsweetened (or this might be the tea machine is broken) but is was sweet (both times) and asked for a plain and dry burger (so just burger and bun nothing else) but added cheese, the food was atleast decent, I think their fries was the best.

0/10 Service. Ordered a kids meal with a unsweetened tea. They gave us a sweet tea and refused to change it. Also didn't even give us any fries for the kids meals. I also ordered a plain burger with no cheese and they gave me a burger with everything on it. Also while getting the taken through the drive through they person on the headset kept ignoring us and doing her own thing. If you want to be able to get a full meal with good customer service I recomend another restaurant near by. The night shift workers are not very friendly.

i was eating my burger places order after 11pm on a monday , got home and my burger has red long strands of hair .
The Man at window was nice. The Burger was ok fries were old and cold. Tea had strange taste so after drinking what i could i dumped in sink there was a thick slimy goo in bottom of cup. 🤢 No more tea for me from Wendy's.

They need more sauce in the takis burger I tasted none of it nor did my dad hope next time they add a good amount instead of forgetting or adding so little you couldn't taste it. My dad said it was missing some sauce or a topping and I agreed it was fairly dry.
