8 breakfast here today. Person representing Wendy's wanted to argue with me about refilling my drink. Then when paying for my food she wanted to take my credit card to some unknown remote area in order to process the payment. Then refused to refill my drink. I'm actually running out of Wendy's that I can eat at now this was one of the last ones in Arlington.

Didnt get my burger in the order i had a number 1 meal a 10 piece nugget meal with baconader fries on both came back for it and asked if they can remake my order was told no because they gave it to me warm and it was my fault that the burger was missing went ahead and asked for a refund was told they cant till the morning so have to come back here for a 3rd time this was @ 10 pm 12/19/24

The manager and workers have no customer service whats so ever and assume you want things you did not order if you dont like the backlash of me saying you added items i did not order trying to scam people well then dont do it thanks

This location needs new management. It is 8:15 PM Sunday, October 20 and whoever is servicing the drive-through has horrible customer service and needs to be reprimanded or terminated. My husband and I Literally got cussed at for asking if they were going to take our order after sitting at the drive-through speaker for five minutes without even being acknowledged. She actually told us if we don’t like it we can go to another Wendy’s and cussed at us. I truly hope management is actually reading reviews and using them to better their locations.

I always enjoyed Wendy's Spice Chicken sandwich but it was disappoinment. It was dry and the bread was not good. The food was pricey. Not worth it. The foundation drink machine was out of half of the flavors. Dave Thomas would of been very disappointed. Don't go eat there.
Egg bacon cheese English muffin had butter pepper sauce. Did not expect this. Very good. Decorative Glass panels with grass inside was beautiful, as well as the glass paneled Fireplace. Lovely, with good service

Have to give a one star just due to the fact that Everytime I eat at this location I get sick. It doesn't happen at other wendys just here and this is the 5TH time in a row so it's an ongoing problem. Its not just me either but my family also gets sicks and we eat different things so I can only assume its either the beef or the bacon as that's all we had in common .

I have visited this Wendy's for lunch a few times because it is near my workplace. The food at this Wendy's has consistently been mediocre and falls short of their usual standards. However, on this occasion, I purchased something for both my colleague and me. Man, was I really ashamed! To begin with, the drive-thru system was out of order. I was told that if I wanted to place an order, I needed to do it indoors. I am aware that technology can sometimes fail, so I am not upset about it. Especially as I had to step out of my car during this 105-degree Texas heat. I got a Baconator for myself and an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club for her. While almost done with her meal, she let out a scream when she felt something puncture her gums. After removing the object from her mouth, she realized it looked like a sharp bone. Upon closer examination, it was determined to be a pointed plastic item. As previously mentioned, I felt extremely ashamed and apologized to her. Will I be ordering from this establishment again? I don’t think so.
