I used to frequent here since it was close to work for me. As of the last few months, they would consistently make mistakes with the order despite me double checking my order. They talk on their phones with customers in the drive thru which makes sense why they messed up but this is actually ridiculous. I urge others to just go down the road to other locations. There are better Wendy’s not too far. I refuse to come back here again. A mistake or two in a while is not a problem but this many times is no longer a problem with the staff but a management problem.

We went to the drive thru and had to wait to place our order and then pull to the side while they made some fresh chicken for the chicken wrap sandwich. The sandwich was very good, and my chicken pecan salad was excellent. My husband’s chicken nuggets and fries were lukewarm. Typical for these days—the employees are short-staffed and overworked. This was okay for take out, but don’t call it fast food.

This Wendy's used to be decent. Its close to our house so it was our go to. But the store is not managed well or even at all. Tonight No managerbis there. There are 5 employees and none of them knew how to even ring up an order. They overcharge, don't apply appropriate discounts and give people the wrong food even when we go inside.... drive thru is toyally unreliable.My advice .... go somewhere else till this place gets it's act together!
Order was incorrect, buns and fries were cold. Frosty was half melted. Try another location. This was on Tuesday at 6

We ordered 2 biggest bags. That had the baconater with lettuce, tomaoes added. The burgers were MESSY! NO lettuce or tomatoes where added! Only had 1 strip of bacon. It must have been a jr. burger because it was SMALL! I never seen Wendy beef patties that thin and small! We got 3 burgers, but only ordered 2. We were suppose to get 4- 6 count chicken nuggets, only got 2 with 1 being only 5 nuggets. 2 fries, but being 3 in the bag instead! No KETCHUP OR SAUCE for nuggets. No napkins either!Either this was someone else's order or this place has REALLY gone downhill!!!WENDY'S has just lost our business for good!!!
